Patrick Coyne The hours are great 24 hours, 5 days a week, the staff is very courteous and professional. The gym is always clean, the workout equipment is all in good working order.

John Zavacki A REAL GYM!! You cant beat Peffers. Great rates, a complete array of equipment and expertly designed proprietary machines, more free weights that youll ever lift in your life and not a rubber band machine in the place. Ego-free members and are always willing to give you advice or spot you. After years away from the gym, I was treated with the respect and serious attention someone whod been going every day for 20 years would get, with instruction on the most effective routines to reach my goals and tips on dieting. This place is the real deal and I have a brand new body to prove it. Do yourself the favor and join.

Amanda Taylor Square 1 Fitness has absolutely changed my life in so many ways. I’ve struggled with fitness and weight loss/gain for most of my adult life. Steve taught me healthy eating, appropriate calorie intake, along with the incredible strength training classes I look forward to. Since starting, I have significantly reduced my anxiety and noticed such a positive difference in my mental health. My physical health has improved so much as well. My cardiologist stopped my heart medication and does not require a follow up. I was also able to run a full 5k for the first time since high school with no cardio training! It is absolutely amazing and I will be forever thankful for Steve. Anyone who is on the fence about joining- you won’t regret it. You get what you put in and Steve will help you every single step of the way. Forever grateful. I still cannot believe my before and after!

Walt Janoski A great place to work out, swim or play any recreational sports. The sauna and steam room in the men’s fitness center are an absolute game changer as well. Would recommend.

Amy Hughes LUX is fantastic! Knowledgeable staff and super supportive of your goals. They listen and understand the struggles of real life and how to take back control of yourself without being overwhelmed! The fitness classes are geared for every level of fitness. I’m so happy to have found this place!
