5 /5 Diana Sandaire: I have been going here since my 1st dental appointment ass a toddler! I’m now 14! Best place EVER! Heather is the BEST dental hygienist. Dr. M is the coolest dentist but he’s the only dentist I have ever had so maybe I’m biased. Amazing receptionist everyone is friendly. It’s very clean in there and I never leave unhappy definitely check it out.

It was really hard to get an appointment anywhere, but 1st Advantage Dental Colonie went out of their way to help get me into an appointment by checking all of their offices and putting me on a priority cancellation list. I got in less than a week after calling to schedule. The actual appointment was one of the best appointments Ive ever had at the dentists. Heather, my hygienist, was kind and passionate and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. She gave me an extremely thorough and gentle cleaning. Both she and Dr. Mandava went out of their way to address my concerns. If that werent enough, the office atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming. No one would have dental anxiety if all offices were like this.

5 /5 Rogers Pam “PJ”: Traci is the BEST!!! Super gentle. Takes away all the fears of going to the dentist and having your teeth clean! And Dr. Mandava is so nice. AND HONEST! If you dont have a problem, hes not going to make one up! And we cant forget the rest of the staff. They are always very kind from checking in to checking out. I wish I had come to them YEARS ago!

4 /5 Sandy Lloyd: I have been very happy with my dentist, Dr Mondava. I have had great hygienists. The only problem I had was in between my last 2 appts when I received an unexpected bill after a cleaning. I called to verify if I owed it. I was not upset, I just wanted to make sure I owed it, before I paid it. I was told to call my ins. co. My ins co told me to call my dentist to resubmit the claim. When I called back, I spoke to someone else and was curtly told, “you had a cleaning, an emergency visit and another cleaning. Your insurance company only pays for 2 visits a year.” I did not deserve to be talked to like that. It was upsetting. If that didn’t happen, I would given them 5 stars.

5 /5 Maureen Bradford: Dr Mondava and hygienist, Traci, are wonderful. Kind, professional, and aware of patients needs. I would never go elsewhere. My new insurers did not have them in their network. I will change insurers next December, and willing pay until then, not to lose their care. Insurance cannot force me to leave them. Their "business" is my pleasure. Can not say enough.
