5 /5 Hugh Wilson: This church became as family to me. So welcoming. I was a stranger in a strange land, and the church were amazingly supportive, encouraging, friendly, welcoming, open and appreciative.
I will be ever thankful for the relationships formed, the prophetic words, the preaching, the love for worship, the food!
Great people serving God together.
5 /5 Jasmine Sanchez: I LOVE THIS HOUSE OF WORSHIP! Grew up in this church, was dedicated, baptized, met my husband here, married, my children also baptized and dedicated. Been here for 35 years and serving for the last 16 years. Been to many churches but this is such a special home for me. There is no such thing as a perfect church but the word is preached here, prayer is primary, serving and loving people is what we love to do. Come and visit! God is surely in this place.

Ayita Barackin I Attend The Open Door Church As A Girl. My Family Lived In Those Projects & Thats The Church We Attended As As A Family. Ms Stamford was Our Leader In Girl Scouts, So Was Ms Fletcher I Learned So Much From This Church As A Child Growing Into A Teenager Into A Young Lady. Thank You To The Most High & The Open Door Church.
katie dwyer Walking through the doors to the choir was what I imagine Heaven to be like. I was brought up Catholic, but after truly giving my life to Christ I felt uneasy in my spirit while in Catholic mass. I felt too much idolatry and its repetitive nature felt like just going through the motions. At First Baptist I truly felt the presence of God his children here. I was moved to tears multiple times during their Father’s day service. I was greeted by many members and welcomed with open arms. It truly feels like a tight knit community and everything I have been yearning for in a church. Blessed to find this home.
Jonathan Kumar First time visitor today, absolutely loved it. You can tell very quickly that this place is about people/community, not a singular person/leader.
