1 /5 Justa Wom: This is a church and granted, it is also a business. The neighborhood has changed a lot since the pandemic, namely, there are more cars making it harder to park.
The church is calling the police to ticket residents who park in front of an empty lot they use as a parking lot. Couldnt they just issuing a warning? Not have police give residents tickets. A lot of people in the neighborhood are not working since pandemic.
In addition, Ive learned that the church also have parking spots they rent out at a condo next door to the church.- at least 5-10
spots. Why not use those spots instead of ticketing people on the street?
What would Jesus say about ticketing and calling he police on residents in the neighborhood? They should at least issue warnings instead of calling the police.
