Brooke Vanslyke Can not speak highly enough about this establishment. My family and I got a flat tire on the thruway, this mavis was the closest to us and we were too far to ride the donut home. They got us right in, new tire and mounted in less than an hour. The staff was not only nice but extremely helpful. We’re very thankful! 10/10 recommend

Aisha Brianne Super reliable! I initially used this business for new tires on my car and new brakes. I was very pleased with how quick and professional they were. I then used this business again to replace something covered under my factory warranty and a window repair. I definitely recommend and will be using Mohawk Motors again in the future.

Amy Wong One of the screws for the plate at the bottom of my car came off when I was on the Thruway. He fixed it right away even though he had so many cars to work on. I was on the road again in less than 15 mins. He was super nice. He told me to not worry about the price. What kind and awesome guy!!!

carol wright I can not say enough great things about Joseph at Licari!!!! He went above and BEYOND for me!! I traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a beautiful Ford Bronco big bend they had. I’ve had my previous vehicle ( Porsche ) for almost 3 years , and I’ve had a better experience with Joe that I just met , than dealing with Porsche in Syracuse for 3 years. This is what customer service should be like !!! I’ve never in my life met a better car salesman than Joe. And I’ve had Luxury vehicles. Those luxury experiences DID NOT compare to how KIND, efficient, and helpful Joe is!! He knew how bad I wanted this vehicle , and HE MADE IT HAPPEN for me!!!! I am sending EVERYONE I know that’s looking for a new vehicle to Joe!!!! Thank you Joe!!!!

Pags & Pinstripes Baseball Podcast Stopped in announced as I was test driving a vehicle and the guys were super helpful and saved me from purchasing a vehicle that had a lot of problems. They made time in their busy schedule to look over the vehicle and give me feedback. It was my first time there and they treated me like I was a regular. Honest, helpful and great customer service. Larry B I have an F350 Diesel and it was in need of an oil change. We live in our RV full time and the mechanic said he would give the truck a good review of key areas to ensure we werent going to have any surprise repairs. He found out that the front disc brakes were almost metal on metal and showed me there was hardly any brake pad left. I was extremely pleased how he was able to get the parts on a Sunday afternoon and still continue the work. He was able to get both the oil change and the front pads replaced surprisingly quickly. The bill was also very reasonable. Ask for the gentleman who has a beard and drives a 1994 Ford F350. :) He is very good and personable and best of all will do his best to get it done right.
