carol wright I can not say enough great things about Joseph at Licari!!!! He went above and BEYOND for me!! I traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a beautiful Ford Bronco big bend they had. I’ve had my previous vehicle ( Porsche ) for almost 3 years , and I’ve had a better experience with Joe that I just met , than dealing with Porsche in Syracuse for 3 years. This is what customer service should be like !!! I’ve never in my life met a better car salesman than Joe. And I’ve had Luxury vehicles. Kenneth Sweeney I have been going to Skinners service garage for about 2 and 1/2 years now. And Ive always gotten excellent service and the staff are very courteous and will answer any questions you have and make good decisions if you cant make. Their workmanship is good and they will tell you exactly what needs to be done after they have inspected your vehicle for the issues you were bringing it there for and give you options on what you want to do. Another thing I like is the fact that you can bring your own parts and they will install them for you. The waiting room is just like sitting in your own living room which is very good and relaxing. I highly recommend Skinners to anyone thats looking for quality service .
