Dave Mirabito Walk in center in Norwich is a complete joke! You dont get a doctor, and when you get seen it is as fast as they can possibly make it. Went for my finger, couldnt close my hand the PA that came in didnt even touch it or ook at it. Told me I should go to ortho.... unbelievable. Couldnt go with 0 stars.

Angel Ames Doctor Howe is an absolute gem! I wish all doctors were as kind and compassionate as she was. She did an incredible job stitching up my knee and was more than happy to talk me through the process and keep me calm. This is my second time visiting this walk in and it’s definitely my favorite in the area by far!

Randy Dimick I was feeling stressed leading up to my sleep study appointment because I dont sleep well outside of my home, and thinking about having all of those sensors attached to me made it worse. When I arrived, Jennifer took me to my bedroom, which was very nice, like a hotel room. She was extremely kind and made me feel at ease while I was there.

Colleen Babicek Dr Oranu was great! She was professional, kind, and put me at ease. This was my 1st appointment. The rest of the staff were friendly and efficient also. I had to wait for several months to get in and my next appointment is in 16 months, instead of a year, due to a new schedulig protocol that the staff is to follow. This aside, it was well worth the wait and since I dont have any problems the 16 months is not an issue. Thank you to Dr Oranu and all of the staff.

Jennifer Ann Receptionists were very kind. Dental assistant was very kind, and reassuring me I was doing well throughout my extraction and the dentist was also very kind and understanding. Like another comment mentioned they do lower the lights but I believe thats so they can see inside your mouth better. Second best place I have had extractions done. Also you do have to do only a X-ray for your first appt if you live far away thats good information to have. But I was made aware of that before my first appt. I am back today for my 2nd extraction and have way less anxiety than the first time.

maureen bocinski A special shout out to the staff on North Tower fourth floor! As my mom was recently the on the floor, we encountered wonderful nurses, aides, custodial and dietary staff. Caring and kind people! We are forever grateful for you all going above and beyond. Thanks for being the best! The O’Neil/Bocinski families ❤️

Richard Paugh I’ve been coming to this clinic for about two years, and Sergie is my Family Practitioner. The staff is always polite and professional, I never have to wait long in the waiting room, and the care I get is probably the best I’ve ever had. I believe I’m in good hands and I trust the decisions made for my medications. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone, and I hope the people that work there all stay.

Aisa Jefferson I would prob not recommend but I would recommend the teachers were lovely expect the orange head one. Ms Jordan she’s nice Just to lyk the staff curse I mean there’s no prob w dem doing it bc children do to but if ur on suicidal watch they literally watch u 24/7 They go in the bathroom w u when uu shower also.. very uncomfortable. And sometimes they’re rude and disrespectful but they don’t notice they’re rude . But yeah rate it a 10 it’s not that bad but it’s not worser the turn about ranch ..

Paula Blodgett I came in hemorrhaging and I really honestly thought I was going to die. Everyone was good to me and they treated me well even though I had to be poked a million times of course it wasnt their fault. I am so grateful for all they did for me you are all angels
