Nichole Gamache Yesterday I had my first appointment with this wonderful establishment. I was checked in by the nicest patient care representative who later brought me to the back to be changed and to the waiting room. The atmosphere was clean and inviting decor. The radiology technician came to get me and asked if I would be ok with a student with her which I agreed. Her name was Tracy A. She explained every movement and all the reasonings which made me feel very confident and comfortable with her and this entire process. She is the model for trainers. I had minimal wait time between every task as well. The student, technician and patient registrars need a big shout out. All my nervousness went out the door with every interaction. Thank you all for making my first appointment educational and easy.

Brandie Besio I absolutely love this place. I have the most amazing provider. She listens to me fully. She is very open minded and doesnt act like you dont know your body. She is right on top of getting back to you if you send a message through the portal. She always funny, personable, professional and she never rushes you out the door. I wish I would have found my primary so much sooner. I was nervous to go here because I have had little to no luck with people listening when it comes to thyroid or your metabolic disorder. They kinda all use generic answers not her. She is phenomenal. If you need great care go to this place.

Robert Brancato Dr. Cassone and staff are incredibly receptive and provide info quickly. They actually answer the phone when I call unlike other offices. I cant recommend them highly enough. Would need 6 stars.

Heather Allen I’ve always been treated with respect, with dignity, and taken seriously. From the front office staff, to the therapists and even the DCS Richelle. My first counselor was John, who was a gentle and kind soul who sat with me in my pain for many weeks and months and assisted me through many crises . I now work with Cassie who is equally as kind and supportive. I have learned a lot about myself and have been given the space to reflect. I have also spoken with Noel and Amy in crisis situations. Everyone is encouraging, has their own skill sets, and ways of encouraging and helping. Anyone can benefit from therapy. You just need to be open and take it and yourself seriously .

Lisa Rabideau Very poor care every time Ive been. Past visit should have included a CT scan of my knee. I had fallen hard on concrete. Xrays done. I understand no fractures seen on xrays. Therefore a CT scan chould have shown potential ligament injury. should have been done to rule out

Joe Congelosi I have the best Doctor Ive ever had, and Ive been around 70+ years. She listens, and asks all the right questions, put her diagnosis into action immediately. She had me walk next store to get X-rays pronto. Always the right prescriptions with 100% success. Shes my doctor forever!
