Carizma Whitaker A dynamic sister duo! Iove that! The energy when you walk in this place, the efficient communication was amazing!! I had the pleasure of getting my nails done with Nina! She was truly a blessing for me! I’m so happy I was able to get in for an appointment, now we’re locked in for as long as I’m in this area! She too her time, she communicated & she gave some great encouraging words! I left out of there with my next appointment booked & super satisfied with the service! Thank you again! K I went in to Rainbow Nail & Spa for the first time. After looking at the mixed reviews, i can honestly say that my personal experience was great. It’s a family atmosphere; yes it may not be your typical ‘bougie’ salon, but they had the tools they needed to do the job. I think folks should give this place a chance and be open minded with the process and if a situation occurs; mistakes happen and we cannot let it ruin our day. It’s best to work together to find a solution. I should have asked the price before i made the reservation so i had to deal with the total. I paid 43 for pedicure, and 35 for manicure. The lady did nudge for me to give a tip and i felt bad if i said no so i put in 5 bucks. She did try to sell me their other services in the beginning but i kindly declined. They’re just doing what every business does, i think it’s good to support our local nail salons. Nonetheless, nails were beautiful, and the workers were very nice. Just always make sure to prepare yourself with the price no matter where you get your nails done :)

Teah Izzard I love Ellis Nails! I’ve been twice now and I’ve loved the result each time! The ladies are super thorough and they checked with me each stage to make sure I liked what they were doing! Amazing service, wonderful environment. The music is great and I’m always so comfortable when I go in. Highly recommend this place.

I am so grateful to have now found a great stylist in Albany area, so many come and go and this placed has remained to stay unwavered. Lovely skillful hairstylists that are worth everything to put your faith in trusting hands. My hair is perfect now because they gave me an excellent trim and style. Thank you perfect cut!

Yostina Henain the staff was so sweet i loved them but the work is not it. i asked for almond shape nails, i got round shape and it wasn’t even. it wasn’t the length i told her to stop at. i’ve been to several nail salons, i’ve done different lengths and shapes and this has been by far the worst. i am a college student that dropped $50 on nails i don’t like.

Andrea Connally I always get my nails done here. Its relaxing, uncrowded and even has coupons. Convenient location and you get the shoulder and hand massage thrown in!

brenda santana I get my hair straighten 1-2 times a year and every time I go to Jacquelines she does a fantastic job and since I’m a natural hair girlie I love that my curls are always there after I wash my hair! 10/10 experience they are very sweet and outgoing.

Michaela Hulett I have gone here three times and all three times Tiffany and Leo have made the experience amazing! They both take their time doing your nails and pay attention to all of the details! They listen to your requests and make you feel comfortable if you need any changes. I would recommend them to anyone!
