5 /5 Audra Phillips: I loooved my gel mani with Rocío. I walked in after a last minute date was planned because I could NOT go with my chipped nails, and they made time to accommodate me. I knew I wanted navy but had trouble picking, and they helped me out (this one is Russian navy). Also, I am a pickyyy girl when it comes to shape, but Rocío was able to get it right with strong attention to detail. Absolutely loved my service!! Couldn’t recommend more.

5 /5 Kate Lee: Extremely kind, loved the interactions with everyone there and all the workers seemed happy. I believe my technician was Hidalia and she was so kind and talented. I’ve been going here since they started in a hair salon down the block. I’m thankful that their quality stayed excellent and their pricing has become more competitive!! Would 10/10 recommend

5 /5 Nora Palka: Vero, Patricia and Kei at The Gel Bar SAVED MY WEDDING! Ok maybe I’m being dramatic, but that’s how important my nails are to me for my special day. I had gotten my nails done the day prior at another specialty nail art salon and they gave me a design that didn’t look anything like the one I asked for. I called The Gel Bar in a frantic state and Kei was able to squeeze me in the next day despite having a full day of clients. They went above and beyond, giving my nails the time they needed. Worth every last penny and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Vero for your unbelievable artistry and Patricia for moving things around to accommodate me once I arrived. This bride feels very taken care of. I couldn’t be more happy with my bridal nails!

3 /5 Ms. Toni: I was coming to the Gel bar regularly, every 4/6 weeks to get my nails done. I took less than a year off to come back to begin my gel journey again. I like UV Gel as I can get it to last for about a month. I always get OPI bubble bath and a French. I’ve paid consistently less than $100 for the 3.2 years I’ve been coming. I went today, the service is great, minus the woman at the front. Sandra did my nails lovely, however when I was checking out my nails were $125.40. Excuse me. When I questioned they said it’s because it’s the hard gel, and they raised their prices $5/10, I know how to do math and $10 to 75 is not 125.40. I’ve also beeb getting the same gel. In addition, I got my 10th stamp on my card and they didn’t give me my $15 discount. I asked about it and they said next time or I can get a credit. And dismissed me. Now I waited and made it clear it’s not the service but the price increase was absurd and I will not be coming back. She gave me $15 cash and when I went to get my jacket the lady in the front was talking negatively about me. The prices change on a fly- I’ve had friends stop coming because the prices change for no reason. They also stopped providing the clients with lotion gloves they used to use, so not sure why there’s a price increase. So sad to go but I’m not going to be taken advantage of.

5 /5 Margaret Zuckerman: Love this place. Cal gel manicures last over two weeks with zero chipping. I just have to come in bc of nail growth - and now I pretty much refuse to go anywhere else. Some reviews say it’s expensive but when it lasts twice as long and looks impeccable I don’t mind paying for it. If there is a minor imperfection usually they catch it and correct it before I even have to say anything. Very clean and hygienic. Lots of options for chromes, nail art, velvet, ombré nails etc. The staff is professional and friendly and always makes the repeat customers feel welcome and appreciated.
