1 /5 Ann Merullo: I’ve been getting dip manicures for 5 years and have never received one as bad as this. For a simple one color set with 3 tips it took 2.5 hours with two different techs and was 97 dollars. I also had to file them myself when I got home because the tips they put on were all significantly longer than my natural nails. They did not use a base or top powder (literally only the color) and also did not use a drill to smooth the dip or clean the cuticle after applying the color. When I returned to fix the first broken nail after it chipped while washing my hair the next morning they told me it was per technician preference. I have never been anywhere that a full system of base, color and top powders weren’t used. By that evening another chipped while opening my purse and again today another broke while using the TV remote. This is the worst set I’ve ever gotten. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I couldn’t even have them removed/refunded because they are closed Sunday and Monday. Just terrible.

The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making the entire visit enjoyable from start to finish. Their meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for their clients set them apart. My nails turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
