1 /5 Arielle Gelb: I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went with my friend the day before her wedding. She had sent detailed notes explaining that it was for her special day, requesting extensions, a French gel manicure, and some jewels on her ring fingers. I opted for a chrome gel manicure, and we both got pedicures. Unfortunately, the results were unacceptable. My manicure was bubbly and scratchy, and my cuticle was cut on my thumb. After I finished, I went to pay and decided to walk around the block to pass the time while my friend’s service took longer than expected. When I returned, I learned that not only had they hurt one of her fingers, but they had made little progress and couldn’t get her manicure shape right after three hours. We left the salon frustrated and disappointed, having not received the services we paid for. I requested a refund for the gems and her gel manicure, but they only refunded $40, which basically only covered the gems. My friend did not receive a manicure at all, and we ultimately had to pay for another salon to get the services we initially wanted. Pictures are taken at the other salon that fixed my pedicure.

2 /5 Tyler Bennett: I got an almond gel x manicure. It didnt turn out great. The nails arent shaped well. I also wanted it to be a red cat eye. It is pink. There are blemishes and slight air pockets in the nails. When I brought it to Evas attention, she slightly buffed one nail and used some alcohol. Thats it. I had a follow up appointment that I was running late for so I had to leave. Additionally, I was a bit indecisive on the color. My nail beds are wider than average and it looks like they didnt have my exact size. Based on that and the fact that I booked at 11 am but didnt finish until after 1, I think my appointment went over time and she was a bit over the experience. I paid $125 for this plus a $25 tip and I dont think this was worth the price. They also ask for you to review them as theyre standing in front of you which feels like subtle pressure to rate them well. I left feeling unsatisfied with the final product. I ended up buffing off some of the larger blemishes at home. Overall, the ambiance and vibes were nice and calming. They are polite. Eva placed a hot towel on my hands and gave me a short massage towards the end of the appointment. I cant rate this a 2.5 so Ill give them a 3/5 stars. 1 /5 Kristine Gray: Worst $36 pedicure (plus an $8 tip!) I’ve ever had. I didn’t notice how bad it was until I walked home and looked more closely (which is literally a 5 min walk). When I returned almost immediately to have it fixed they had the nerve to blame me and said I must have bumped into something. On both toes?! Not sure how that’s possible given the polish and top coat was still smooth, shiny and intact. That’s more than an hour and a half of my time that I can’t get back.

5 /5 Vanessa M.: I had powder nail + tip extension done by Patrick. I HIGHLY recommend him!! He is very attentive, kind, and fast! ☺️☺️ My nails came out so pretty! I overall recommend this QQ Nail location, everyone is so kind.
