2 /5 Vanessa Reagan: While the majority of the staff is pleasant, over the last 7 months I have been a patient here, I rarely see the same doctor, so there is no ability to build a relationship. I don’t feel like I’m being listened to sometimes and it shows. There have been no less than 3 appointments where whichever doctor I was seeing had no idea I was on a particular medication because although I’ve gone over my history and detailed my current medications while doing new patient paperwork, it never makes it on my file. Scary. When I saw one of the numerous providers I’ve seen for the first and only time, one of my prescriptions was never called in and it took me 7 phone calls, numerous “escalations” and TWO WEEKS to get my prescription called in. Mind you, no one called me, I had to call them numerous times.
I am way too busy to deal with this aggravation and this place is adding stress to my life. My husband was at an appointment there and his blood pressure had been taken by the nurse’s aide. When the doctor came in she was very alarmed over my husband’s “dangerously high” blood pressure and was about to send a prescription over to our pharmacy for high blood pressure when he stopped her and let her know he never has high blood pressure. The doctor took it again and what do you know? Totally normal reading. I guess they track the blood pressure readings they take at every appointment as well as they track which medications their patients take.
