Diane Pineiro-Zucker Harold and the team at the West Hurley Service Center are incredible, talented, honest and fair. Today, they quickly identified the source of a leak in our sunroof and AC and fixed the problem for $16.20! The dealer (Prestige Toyota) would have charged hundreds to "analyse" the problem. We will no longer take our 2007 Toyota anywhere else. Thank you, West Hurley Service Center.

I didn’t want to spend a lot as it is a second vehicle and I wanted the assurances of a dealer inspected vehicle vs a private seller. I worked with Andreas and he understood what I was looking for - didn’t push anything on me or try to upsell me. He proactively reached out when a vehicle that was a perfect fit came into their inventory. I would say he really understood what I was looking for and worked to meet them vs a hard sell. He kept the process streamlined and my time inside the dealership minimal. There was a minor issue with the jeep before I took it home - delaying my pickup at the last minute, and the team handled it well by putting me in a loaner for a few days and were as accommodating to me as if I were buying a full loaded new vehicle.

I didn’t realize that it’s a drive through service; you stay in your car the entire time. It was quick as they work like an efficient team. Very polite and professional. I was in and out in minutes. I also knew what I wanted and didn’t. Since my car was already tuned up I opted out of the air filter changes which I can also do myself.
