From the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me professionally and made me feel welcome. The service was quick and efficient, and they went above and beyond by checking all my filters—something my previous mechanic had neglected for years. I really appreciate their attention to detail and honesty. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

5 /5 Lexi: I go to gease monkey for every oil change, they also check my air filter, and top up all my fluids, the people there and very down to earth, very understanding, and they have a sense of humor. Everytime i walk in the place is very clean, the shop looks very organized and over all experience has always been great. Thank you everyone.

5 /5 Luke Spencer: Went in here to get an overdue oil change last minute and I was very impressed with how smoothly the shop was run. I figured I was going to end up waiting since I just stopped in last minute, but it was actually very quick. My car was pulled in by the time I got into the lobby. Used the restroom (which was actually really clean for a mechanic shop) and about 10 minutes later they were done. I like how the windows are there so you can watch your car being worked on and can tell when its almost done. Mike is the person that helped me and he was great. Made it all run smoothly & quickly. He was just really kind and laid back while also actually knowing what hes talking about. He made the whole process comfortable, like I was just talking with a buddy of mine. I always feel like these "drop in" oil change places try and rip me off and I didnt once get that feeling with Mike. All the mechanics were keeping busy, but you can tell right away that he keeps the team together and in good spirits. A good leader in the workplace is hard to find these days so it was very refreshing to see! If you make any changes here, make sure its NOT mike!!!

1 /5 Magick in the Attic: I brought my car in for an oil change. They told me that my front brakes were "metal to metal" and needed to be replaced right away. They quoted me over $500 for the job. The brakes had not been making any noise and felt fine, so, I brought the car to another mechanic for a second opinion. Come to find out, the brakes were not "metal to metal" at all as they had told me, and were in fact fine. I used to go here all the time, and they were great, but now that they are under new management, they are no longer trustworthy. I will not be returning.

5 /5 Ken Decker: I was very pleased with Grease Monkey! I got there as they opened for a NYS inspection and was out the door exactly 8 minutes later!! Absolutely amazing! Normally Im at "other places" not saying names for almost 2 hours just for a inspection. Not here, thank you! See you next month for my other vehicle!
