Kathleen Dittus When I lost my hearing overnight I was told by my hearing aid supplier to go to the emergency room or see an ENT doctor immediately. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Rami Payman on short notice. He was wonderful. He solved my problem and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. I received absolutely the very best care. So relieved!

Julie goldberg Dr. Butler has been our primary doctor for about 4 years now. She’s an excellent doctor, she’s compassionate and she listens. Betsy Ronel My mother was fortunate to be placed there after her knee started to give out. She LOVED this place. She had a dedicated team who tended to her every need. They were very communicative, responsive and proactive. They met her where she was. I felt so secure every day knowing she was in their care safely. She passed away of old age sadly. They were actively involved with her. They made her feel at home, seen, heard. They gave her her dignity, integrity, the respect our elders deserve. They truly cared for her. RT Marchese I had a cataract removed and replaced with a lens. The whole process from entry, surgery and recovery, went amazingly smoothly. I highly recommend these professionals to anyone considering the same. They were efficiently swift and clean. I’m so glad I had them working for me, and I will do it again for the next eye when the time comes.

Brendan Hasemeier Came in on Christmas Eve / Christmas morning after taking our toddler to the Dutchess County ER for rapid breathing. Could not be more impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the care our child received. Every single nurse, doctor, security guard etc were compassionate and empathetic. They are trained to handle administration of care to toddlers which was a night and day difference from the ER. Private room with 2 beds and a private bathroom with a shower. They brought us a bag full of toys and brought a play mat and at kitchen into our room. Most important of all the care we received was top notch, well informed, great communication, answered our profuse questions. Still waiting to see the bill but solely from the care perspective, absolutely tremendous.

Jennifer Haindl I’ve been following Dr Stacy Madoff for over 20yrs and she delivered all 3 of my children. She’s great, it’s the office that I’m giving 2 stars. It’s impossible to make an appt. They change it on you and the biggest complaint and the reason why I’m leaving is the front desk has unprofessional people answering the phones. When I called For my annual I was Told I havent had one in yrs and they have no record of the biopsy I had Last year. It’s unfortunate that I’m leaving my Dr but the company is horrible.

Jeannine Amazing doctors and staff! Especially Lindsey the phlebotomist! I went in for blood work. Nervous because my veins are terrible. I ALWAYS end up getting stuck at least 3 times......She was able to draw my blood on the first try immediately and with no pain whatsoever. I was shocked. This is a great practice!!!

Catherine Great Brought my father there yesterday to get his eyes checked. The optometrist who gave my father an exam was GREAT. Im not sure what her last name was but her first name was Connie. She gave a very thorough examination and was kind and gentle with him.
