Sheila Carpenter As a social worker advocating for a young man needing services from OPWDD I have had incredible assistance from Linda Herron, RN. This lady has been absolutely outstanding. In an attempt to advocate for this young man, 30 years of age with a dx of ADHD and autism, there are different challenges due to this . Understanding that she does not create the process, but she does have to make it work. They are incredibly lucky to have her on staff… And so are we. We all know that the school system fell short when they did not do an appropriate referral for Ethan upon graduation . So we are already behind the eight ball.. Her communication is consistent, Her explanation of needed documents that are unusual to this case is concise, her review of documents is timely. With all that, she is always polite and courteous, always available, always Returns calls, is pleasant and easy to deal with… Even when there are legitimate gripes like my computer system not working on my end and printing not coming out properly on her end because how my Apple system talks poorly to her computer system…. Never ever does she express a moment of agitation or aggravation. As a social work supervisor retired from New York State office of people with developmental disabilities after 33 years, this is the lady that everyone wants on their team. The New York State Department of Health is very lucky to have her… and so are we, the public. Many thanks, Linda. You do both the Department of Health as well as all Nurses, very proud.! Andy Crowley We were a little unsure when we pulled up but the pop up event was was actually very real and scary. We had never done one of these themed escape rooms before and neither had any of our group but it was awesome! Doing it in a real operating psych hospital was interesting. One of the actual patients stepped in and helped us get out of room 5. We thought she was an actor until one of the workers came and removed her. I didnt like that they only took cash because on the website it said they took apple pay. I signed up for their newsletter because I cant wait to do another one of these Midnight Loony Bin Escape Rooms next time I come to Albany!

This was an amazing, high energy event filled with happy Kiddos and their parents! The GM Bryan and his associate Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Looking forward to working with them again!

George Blatsos I have been going to This Very VA FOR WELL OVER 30 NOW. Granted it was like Jungle General 30 Years Ago. But now with a Major up-grade and much better Doctors. I NIW GET THE BEST CARE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT I HAVE TO GO TO. GREAT CARE. AND IF THEY CAN’T DO IT IT GET’S SENT OUT FOR CARE. THE CARE THEY SEND YOU TO IS PERFECT.

Dawn mello Today was my first visit to Dr. David. I was expecting the same treatment Ive received at every other doctors. But when I came into the office, the receptionist was really friendly. That was a good beginning. Then when the nurse was walking me to the room, I passed by Dr. David and he said Hi Dawn. That was different and I was taken aback, but in such a good way. No Doctor has ever been personable or friendly with me before. I had a good feeling afterwards. The nurse was so friendly, just a great experience. So Dr. David came in, shook my hand and asked me so many questions, I wasnt used to that either. Hes friendly, genuinely cares and goes out of his way to explain everything to where you can understand confusing situations. Im so happy I found Dr. David, hes a diamond in the rough. Im happy the last Doctor I was going to, had to drop me because her sister, who was my Doctor, was on medical leave. Every Doctor I have ever seen, has always made me feel like I was an annoyance and I was bothering them or refused to answer questions. I literally stopped taking care of myself because I was tired of being treated horrible. Im so happy I came across these people and Dr. David. I have never felt so much hope like I did today after meeting him. Its nice to meet a Doctor who genuinely wants to help and wants to know everything that is ailing me. Im sorry for going on here, but Im so happy and I feel blessed. Every thing happens for a reason. Im almost tempted to call the last Doctor and thank her. If you truly want a Doctor whos willing to help you, I suggest you run, not walk, to see Dr. David.

Chris Lashwa Went to the Emergency Care walk-in after dealing with throat pain to the point of vomiting profusely for the past two days. I thought it was stuck good, but I wasnt sure. The nurses were very friendly and got me set up with a room in a reasonable time. X-rays came back in just over an hour and the doctors gave me medication to help relax my digestive tract in hopes of relieving my throat pain. After just a couple hours, I left feeling much better. To conclude, Im grateful for the care they gave me while I was there.

GsXrHann I give Delcua a 10/10 recommendation. i had a procedure done on my face to remove 2 moles that i had the biggest insecurities with. I called, made an apt, a week later got them removed, today, i had gotten the stitches removed and now it’s healing time. i am so grateful for deluca and giving me a chance to appreciate myself the way i see myself now. will be coming back soon!
