2 /5 Dolores Shepard: At first I thought this business was very knowledgeable and I took my car back to them with multiple problems as my car was an older used car I had bought cheap. I spent over 2000 dollars with them, and during a new battery installation, for which I supplied the battery, the mechanic apparently didnt check the battery cables and terminal ends. I was having a starting problem and even when I went to pick the car up, after waiting for the car for 2 months, it wouldnt start. I asked them to keep it and fix the starting problem but he refused. His advice was just drive it every day! Well you cant drive what you cant start up! So I got the car home and took it to our local dealership where they found that the problem was the battery cables were corroded and worn and the terminals were not making good contact with the battery posts. It starts and runs fine now but no thanks to Ruths Automotive.
