Erin Kimberly Needed emergent help in November, my water pump needed to be replaced and all my coolant had leaked out. They got me in the next day, and had my car back to me within 2 days even with having to special order my parts. I moved out of that neighborhood but continue to go for my regular oil changes and services. They have fair pricing, they dont spring unnecessary repairs on you and are very transparent. I have had a lot of difficulties finding quality, dependable mechanics I the past who didnt try to over charge or over suggest things. I trust Berdars and appreciate the way they do business. Sergey Pisarenko Oleg is a pro at what he does. It doesn’t matter if you have a mechanical or electrical issue, you found the guy. Does honest work for half the price the dealer will charge you. Been bringing my car to him for past 5 years.

Shane Durand My insurance company sent out K&K Repairs to give me a tow when my wheel almost came off. I’m glad they did!! They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling and Keith fixed my wheel and got me back on the road within a few hours. Highly recommend if you need an emergency tow or repair!

The Porsche dealership in Clifton Park refused to help us unless we waited three weeks even though it was only a one hour repair. Bradley Hansen Great shop full of kind, hardworking people. They aren’t looking to pull one over on you and operate on good will. A colleague from Buffalo’s had a car issue when she arrived in Albany but she needed to go home that night. Despite how busy they were, they showed compassion and repaired her car within a few short hours. She got home safe.

Travis Nagy We blew a tire (couldn’t avoid a large piece of metal laying on 787) while traveling through the area on a Saturday evening. After we were turned away from a Firestone (it was very close to closing) these guys got a new tire on our car and saved our vacation. They assessed the damage to our rim and were honest about needed repairs. While the tire was being changed out, they showed me the condition of my rear pads and rotors and gave me options for repair (instead of telling me I needed the most expensive, time consuming thing done to the car). In addition to the new tire, I got new pads on the back brakes. All of this was done inside an hour of their scheduled closing on a Saturday night. I know their guys were wanting to go home, but they took care of us and dealt with us with integrity and honesty that is so hard to come by with mechanics. I’d trust them again with my car in a heartbeat.
