5 /5 Johnny Zhu: I have a very good experience at the dental clinic. The receptionists are very friendly and got all the info prior to my scheduled visit. Dental hygienist did a terrific job. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. Scheduled another visit after I finish.

5 /5 kyuahn: I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Kim, and I can honestly say he is the best doctor I have ever met. My experience with him has been amazing. Not only did he provide an accurate diagnosis—something that other doctors missed—but he also identified mistakes that were made by previous doctors, who may have been more focused on making money than on providing proper care. Dr. Kim is very attentive and always listens carefully to his patients concerns. He makes sure to address any questions I have and provides thoughtful, comprehensive responses. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled doctor.

1 /5 Elvira Qeraj: Very unprofessional, had my crown done there not even three years yet, and my crown is already broken. Very DISAPPOINTED!! Would not recommend anyone to go there. * In reply to your response, three years would be by the end of November, while I have crowns done from my country 7 years ago and more, and nothing has happened yet. It is not justifiable at all that a crown should be broken within two years and a half. With that longevity and quality of the crown you provide, I would never suggest anyone else!!

1 /5 Kuralay Ilgekbayeva: I had my tooth fixed and had a zirconia crown in Dr. Kim’s office on January 11, 2023. They charged my insurance and I paid half out of pocket total of around $1200-$1300 for that crown. After three months my tooth with crown was hurting when I eat something and felt very sensitive. I was in my country and couldn’t visit Dr. Kim dentist cuz of discomfort in my tooth. After one year on January 21, 2024 my crown just fell off and broke in pieces. I was still in my country. I emailed them and sent a pic with broken crown and had no response. Once I was back to US I came to their office and asked them to fix it or I will need to get a refund. Dr. Kim’s answer was that they have Warranty only for one year and the crown fell off 10 days after it expired … and they cannot do anything about it, not even apologized and made me wait one hour even I had an appointment. The doctor informed me that my insurance would not cover this time but they gave me 50% discount for out of pocket price. I refused cuz I asked for the refund or fix my tooth with no charge cuz I had warranty. And I’m afraid if their crown will fell off again after 6 month or a year and it has been hurting. So if I still have to pay out of pocket I rather go to fix my tooth and get a new crown with another dentist. I wanna make sure this time it will last longer than one year! Very disappointed with this dentist and the quality of his job. Terrible customer service… Not going back.

1 /5 Ariana Persaud: Quite frankly I’m a little disappointed with the treatment I am receiving. I saw Dr. kim and explained my urgent situation almost 3 weeks ago. I am yet to be contacted to set up an appt despite many follow ups. Overall he is a great dentist but his staffs needs to be more efficient. It’s not good for business.
