5 /5 Habiba S: I’ve had a few visits to this clinic now, and each one has been better than the last. The staff is not only professional but genuinely kind, creating a calm, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Sophia, the hygienist, gave one of the most thorough yet gentle cleanings I’ve ever had, truly meticulous. Doctor was equally impressive; he walked me through my treatment plan in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and didnt make the appointment feel rushed. He used laser for 2 of my fillings, and it was completely painless and over before I knew it; honestly better than any fillings I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend this clinic if you want care that’s both advanced and thoughtful!

2 /5 Michael Spott: Hygienist was great, cleaning experience was good. It’s when the dentist came in, did not look at my teeth, just a high tech 3-d picture. First time he recommended $9000 worth of braces (I said know no), second time he said I needed $8000 worth of crowns, again he just looked at the 3D pics. I have seen 2 dentists since who said my dental work was fine, no caps required. Steinway seems to really push extra work that insurance covers but may not really be needed. Feels scammy.

5 /5 Domingo Ramirez: I had an amazing experience in this dental office. I’ve been afraid of the dentists all my life, but in Steinway Family Dental Center I felt super comfortable. I love their staff, great receptionist, Dr Day is great and patient. Jenifer the financial person was so helpful. I highly recommend this office for sleep apnea and restorative treatment.

1 /5 Brandon Hornedo: I held off writing a review but after seeing that other people have had similar experiences, I feel I need to write about mine. I went to this dentist when they were running a $99 CT scan and cleaning for new patients. They got me in the chair, prepared me for a cleaning and then a doctor came in and said I needed a very deep cleaning. He said I must have it done immediately. He tells me the deep cleaning was $1000 but he scared me so much that I decided to do it because I thought I had to. I usually trust medical professionals since I am one myself. I should’ve realized he was a scam artist at that moment. After the cleaning was finished the dentist came back in and told me I need to start accelerated Invisalign immediately or all of my teeth would fall out within 5 years. I have never had an issue with my teeth. I’ve never even had a cavity. This is when I got suspicious. The dentist conveniently brought in his finance person who already had a payment plan set up for me before I even discussed options with the dentist. He said it would be $9000 and I could pay it in full right away or go with the payment plan they set up. I genuinely felt trapped but eventually I was able to leave after saying no to them multiple times. I went back to my childhood dentist the next week to see if there was any truth to these claims. My childhood dentist ran his own scans and did his own assessment and told me this was a scam. I did not need any dental work. Stay away from this “dentist.” He is nothing but a scam artist that needs to have his license revoked. I’m disgusted by him and this entire office. I will never go back or advise anyone to go to this dentist.
