C S The office staff and nurses are some of the rudest and unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. Not sure what their problem is. Better off going to Syracuse.

C. B Dr. Christina has been caring for me for almost 20 years and my two daughters. My son started with her and switched to Dr. Matt. We moved to Deity ten years ago, and I travel back for her. She listens to me, came to the hospital to meet my daughters when they were born, worked through one of my children’s complicated communication and anxiety disorders, and was calling experts at night when my other daughter’s bloodwork came back with results that needed to be addressed. She’s direct and to the point. I’ve never met a better doctor.

The level of caring is something I havent seen in doctors office staff in a long time. They are all professional while at the same time caring and compassionate. Their facility was clean and well maintained. The specialists kept me in the loop for treatment and encouraged me to visit and call during his time as an onsite patient. He had a positive experience there during a really hard time in our lives. Especially during this time in American healthcare when places like this are often in need of more staff and more support, they did an incredible job providing safety and help when we needed it. These are good people and their kindness was unmatched. I remain eternally grateful for their attentions paid to the person I care about most in the world- and for their inclusion of myself.
