Jessi Miller Clar Love Calvin and his wife and mom. They always take care of me. Appointment or just walking in. Ive been going here ONLY for YEARS!! Fiest time I cracked my nail as they did them last week and today I walk in and I had messaged Calvin on fb telling him that its my fault that my nail cracked and that Im hard on my hands and he told me stop in when I can. I did and they took me in on the spot. Fixed my nail and did it for absolutely no cost to me, just them and sent me on my way and said "no problem, we take care of you" the best place that even when its not their fault they ALWAYS take care of their CUSTOMERS!! we need more small businesses like this one and keep supporting them!! Nubia McFadden Theyre always so friendly and down to earth. Love the fact that theyre first come first serve also seeing that so many nail salons are requiring you to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Theyre also doing lip waxing too which made me REALLY happy bc almost no one is doing lip waxing at this time.

Stacey Klimek Absolutely gorgeous work!!! She is the best nail tech in Rochester and thats no lie. We have been around hunting for someone who was talented. Today we hit the jackpot. I texted her this morning, she got back right away and we were there by noon. I highly recommend getting your nails done by Pooh. She is so warm and welcoming. We found our forever nail expert. Thank you Pooh ...again they are breathtaking ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Carofanello Catherine (newanon16) I love coming to Ritual to get my hair done by Abbi. I followed her from her previous salon and Im glad I did! Shes so professional and friendly and always does an amazing job with my curly hair. I get dyed every two months and the magic she creates with the colors we pick is stunning. The salon itself is also fantastic and incredibly relaxing. Its so nice to sit with a cup of tea or water while I wait for my hair to process. A great salon over all!

Angel F I got my toes done too, I love this place it was just a quick walk, Most people make an appointment so you should too cause it does be a little busy but it was worth the wait. I do recommend!

Winnetta Greenlee I had my first appointment with Courtney today and got a structured gel manicure. She did an incredible job, and was very nice and professional. The shop was cozy and cute, and there was off-street parking. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended her to others.

Nadiya Marinaccio I did a couple laser hair removal sessions at a different salon and wasn’t loving it. I felt like it was rushed and spots were often missed. So I decided to give Bare Element a shot. Ive been coming here for a little over a year now for laser hair removal. Lareena is the best! She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! She’s made my hair removal journey such a positive experience.
