1 /5 Lerdy Parra: This was by far one of my worst visits to a dentist. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. She was incredibly careless in her approach and inconsiderate of my time. I waited over an hour in the exam room, only to receive a cleaning that didn’t even last a minute. When I expressed concerns about my chipped front teeth, she walked away without acknowledging them, leaving me to wait another half hour. The lack of communication was frustrating beyond words, and I had to ask multiple times what was going on.
When she finally proceeded with my filling, it was a complete disaster. Water ran down my nose, and I left the facility with burnt lips, uneven, rough teeth, and a filling that still causes pain two weeks later. My teeth feel uneven, and I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of the work done.
It feels like this doctor either doesn’t care about her patients or is more focused on rushing through appointments to bill insurance. After posting this review, my next step is reporting her to the Department of Health. I also intend to contact my insurance to ensure they aren’t billed for this poor service.
Additionally, the front desk staff were indifferent and acted like they didn’t even see me, which added to the overall unprofessional experience. This was horrible. I would strongly advise others to avoid this office.
