1 /5 Alexandra Robertson: I had a rescheduled appointment at 9am. It’s currently 11:41am and I STILL HAVENT BEEN SEEN ! This is my second time calling out of work to get my cavities done. Last week , the doctor was MIA supposedly in the ER. Okay - understandable , life happens. But even with that situation .. once the receptionist was aware , she should have followed up with every patient booked for that day and let them know before time. Instead , everyone came in to be turned around. Now .. here I am a week later , arrived on time & JUST WASTING MY TIME WAITING 2 HOURS just to get a service done.

1 /5 MOIN SHEIKH: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware My elderly mother recently visited this dental office for a routine teeth cleaning. Shockingly, the entire “cleaning” was over in less than 5 minutes. When she expressed concern, the staff member became rude and dismissive, even belittling her and telling her that if she didn’t like the service, she could go elsewhere. After she called me, I tried to speak with the staff to understand what had happened. The man I spoke with refused to provide his name and claimed my mother’s teeth were already in good shape, so a longer cleaning wasn’t necessary. I asked to speak to the dentist, and was told the dentist doesn’t speak English and is an “older gentleman.” When I questioned the communication barrier, I was again told we could take our business elsewhere if we weren’t happy. This place used to provide quality care, but it now feels unprofessional and possibly deceptive. It’s deeply concerning that they would bill insurance for a service that was barely performed. I strongly urge others to reconsider before trusting this office with their dental care.

1 /5 P H: When this dental office first open up the staff was great of course, and services were excellent . However, in the past months the services has been unsatisfactory. Forget calling the office no one will barely pick up the phone and most days the dental office is close. I was suppose to get a root canal back in late May but was told they did not have all the correct amount of sticks to do the root canal, and they were waiting on the supplies. Long story short I never received the root canal service although I was told by the receptionist she would call me when supplies came in. In addition, I had to get the tooth pull because I had a tooth infection that slowly spread and had me on antibiotics for weeks.

1 /5 Sandra Barrett: Omg this place is a nightmare first time we went the doctor wasnt there the second time we went was in there for more than 4 hours now today we had a appointment we get there to be told the doctor is not here we had to take two bus she said she called Wednesday we have no miss call when she read me the number she call I told her that is not the number then she read me the right she said she called Wednesday both the numbers.If we would have got the call why would we show up to the office.
