Every year, it’s a new provider seeing me, there’s zero continuity of care. They cancel my annual physicals with vague reassurances about rescheduling, but they repeatedly failed to follow through. After months of waiting for a follow-up, I had to take the initiative to call them myself and finally spoke to a kind staff member who managed to get me back on the calendar. However, my annual physical was canceled again, this time because head cold. The lack of professionalism and complete disregard for patient care is unacceptable. As someone in the medical field myself, I can confidently say this office is the perfect example of how not to run a practice. Patients shouldn’t have to be their own relentless advocates just to receive basic care. When I finally voiced my frustrations about the disorganized nature of this practice, calling the scenario a “s-show”, I was dropped as a patient. Instead of addressing their systemic issues, they chose to avoid accountability. If I ran a business like this, I’d be out of work. Save yourself the stress and look for a medical practice that prioritizes its patients and delivers competent, consistent care. This place is an absolute disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

From the moment you step into his office, you feel a sense of calm and care. I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I receive and would highly recommend Dr. Oldendorf and his office to anyone seeking expert medical care with a compassionate, personal approach. I have never had to wait for a response or an appointment when I was ill. His office staff and nurses are just wonderful attentive and caring. We iare lucky to have this practice in our area.
