Antonio Mandurano When I moved to East Greenbush, one of the first things I needed to do was find a primary care to refill my important daily meds. I was able to get set up with Family Medical Group, and they are super close to my home. Its been really convenient, and I like my provider. I saw a lot of bad reviews calling out NP Cook, but in my several visits she has never made me feel like "just a check" or anything of the sort. She moves quickly, but I love that I can get in and out fast. Ive gone to an appointment on my lunch break and only spent 10 minutes in the office! Shes to the point, but doesnt miss relevant details either. She also was able to get me several referrals sent out to a few specialist I needed for continuing my treatment. At my old doctor, it was a battle to get even one referral! I cant speak on the other providers, but Cook is amazing in my book.

John Fredericks She is a "tell it like it is" physician. Thorough, and willing to answer any question. Highly recommend

Ackner Maryanne I have bloodwork taken approximately every 3 to 4 months. My experience With Antoinette has been excellent. She is a great phlebotomist. She puts you at ease she is very friendly and helpful. She does the greatest job when drawing blood.. I used to hate having my blood drawn, but now It Doesn’t phase me at all? I am just always happy to see this sweet lady and she could take all the blood she wants from me. Maryanne Ackner

Jolene Caresio Dr. Huho and his staff were able to get me in to the office within the week of calling. My doctor had questioned a suspicious bump on my head during a routine visit. When I called my previous dermatologist stating my doctor would like it looked at, they said I could have an appointment in 9 months. Upstate dermatology had a great reputation on my Next Door neighborhood community site. Ive been going there now for 2 years and love the practice, the staff and Doctor Huho! I couldnt be happier.

Tanya Rymanowski Hands down best place. Brought my 7yr old last night and they got us right to a room. He was having trouble breathing with his cough and asthma. Staff starting from check in, to the nurses, the PA and Dr we saw were all amazing! They addressed his needs right away and kept him way after closing to monitor him before letting us go. Thank you!!

Alyssa Willi The whole team was amazing when I went in for my emergency c section. But the after care especially was amazing. My nurse joy was so sweet and informative with any questions I had. And always made sure I had everything I needed. she Definitely deserves some type of recognition for how great of a nurse she was.

Laurie Papero I went to your facility in Latham as my primary dr isn’t workmen’s comp. Certified. The staff was very helpful in my time of dire need of follow up surgery care. From my panicked phone call to the front desk. The nurse that took my vitals and the dr that treated. They were kind, patient and a lifeline when I needed it most. They made a terrible situation at my primary dr a nine issue and I am so grateful they were there and available

ALEXANDAR MCNAMEE The RensCo DOH responded to an after hours public health question immediately and thoroughly. All questions asked were answered with a tremendous amount of care and courtesy.

jason miller My grandmother was sent here a couple of months ago, and I had only seen a place like this in movies. I helped to move her in on her first day, and immediately, I had a great feeling due to the staff members I had met. Everyone I met was kind and compassionate and provided the most professional care. This type of care and professionalism should be a testament to care across America when you have a loved one who needs this service. I witnessed firsthand the hard work and dedication from every staff member. If you have to make this hard decision, trust me, you would want your loved one here. I want to send a special shout out to the 3rd floor staff, Wing A3, for their rock star treatment of my grandmother. We are forever grateful.
