Junior A Very helpful front desk and amazing doctor. Went above and beyond with care and helping with administrative work that they did not have to take time out of their schedule to do. Would recommend to anyone to visit this location. Receptionist went the extra mile during her lunch break to assist me as a walk in.

Josh Reyes I am extremely disappointed with the deteriorating quality of care at this hospital over the past few years. During my visit to the ER following a car accident, I was dismayed that I was not examined thoroughly. The doctor questioned me in a public hallway in front of other patients, rather than in a private room. This lack of privacy and proper examination was unsettling. More recently, when my wife sought help for severe stomach pain and other intestinal issues, we encountered further problems. After a long wait, she was placed in a room with dirty sheets that were clearly not cleaned after the previous use. It was only after I pointed this out that the staff apologized and took corrective action. Regrettably, I fear that the standard of care will continue to decline. If possible, I strongly advise seeking medical attention elsewhere.

She will definitely be my Primary Care Doctor & I would recommend this place to many people. Thanks to the Staff for being so nice & Welcoming

D R Outstanding! The two security guys made me smile as I walked in to an empty waiting room. I was taken into my own private room 5 min later. When a nurse promptly came in to go over my reason for the visit. 5 to 10 min later, a doctor came in and let me explain everything. He ordered thorough testing, blood work, catscan and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get the results. The radiology department staff were so friendly! They explained everything and got me a warm blanket. The bloodwork and IV were seamless! I dont even have a mark on my arm today. Putnam will def be our go to ER in the future.

S Z I am hoping that this much needed hospital, revamps itself and strives to be a top hospital again, its a shame it removed maternity dept, and the care from employees from ER to Nurses and Doctors have gotten to where I am reading reviews that are scary, please, if the CEO is reading this, and cares, he should do something to raise this hospitals care, we need this hospital in this county and need to have every dept open and knoeledgeable, responsible, and caring staff in every dept. Thank you.

Ana V I find it terribly infuriating to have medical facilities impose name changes on patients after mergers or buy outs. I’ve been with CareMount since it was MtKiscoMedialGroup (MKMG) then CareMount. Now it’s optum! These business transactions are a reminder of the business model that should not exist within healthcare. What a disgrace. Keep patients out if your business decisions & quit changing office names! Optum is awful! Not just the name- since taking over, the quality has been awful-longer waits on the phone, poor customer service. Hopefully universal healthcare arrives in the US and merged and acquired practices are dissolved.

Michael Ward Words cannot express my appreciation with the care my wife is receiving at the wound clinic. From the receptionist Jody to the nurses, especially Tina and of course Dr Adam the level of care has been extraordinary! Should the need arise I highly recommend you take your loved one to this wonderful center. Should you come in during the covid-19 pandemic, you should expect some difficulty with registration! Dont let that dissuade you persevere and you will not be disappointed!!!

IF I WERE HEDWIG Carmel, NY location. Very clean place. My mother’s needs were quickly addressed. Very able young doctor and helpful staff. Although I have observation: my mom lives in local senior apartments where very few people use smart phones since they are not very visible and loud enough for old people use. Majority owns flip phones with big buttons. As is the case, I cannot believe they can complete the online registration at your outfit. However much I praised today’s service, I cannot see older people getting treated here unless accompanied by some family member willing to register them online.
