AFC Urgent Care Carmel - Carmel Hamlet (NY)

5 /5 IF I WERE HEDWIG: Carmel, NY location. Very clean place. My mother’s needs were quickly addressed. Very able young doctor and helpful staff. Although I have observation: my mom lives in local senior apartments where very few people use smart phones since they are not very visible and loud enough for old people use. Majority owns flip phones with big buttons. As is the case, I cannot believe they can complete the online registration at your outfit. However much I praised today’s service, I cannot see older people getting treated here unless accompanied by some family member willing to register them online.

5 /5 Tinamarie Mcnicholas: AFC gave me a great experience! They were very compassionate for my children when I was there. The environment was very clean and the staff were friendly! Especially Sara she made my son feel as comfortable as she could with him not feeling well. She definitely put a smile on face. I’m so happy they opened more urgent cares in Carmel. Thank you to AFC team and Sara!!!

5 /5 Jessica Inglis: My daughter woke up with a sore throat and we saw positive reviews of this health center. I have to been many urgent cares with my child and this was the best experience thus far. The ease of the online scheduling, we were seen shortly after our scheduled appointment, no long waiting. The staff were friendly and attentive. We even got our test results in the same appointment all within a half hour. The nurse practitioner was kind, child friendly and had a very nice demeanor. They provided documentation for her school and medication sent promptly to the pharmacy. I would definitely return to this urgent care

5 /5 catherine espinal: So glad to have a good urgent care close to home. Scheduling was fast and easy found a time that was convenient. Check in was seamless. We saw a nurse that tested my child and had results within 15 minutes.
