4 /5 Cherie Lynn: Me and my sister stopped in here on a Sunday with no appointments scheduled, for pedicure and get nails done. They took us immediately. We got the Lavender spa pedicure which was fantastic! Relaxing. The girl was meticulous painting the nail polish. My feet felt amazing after. Then got gel extensions on my hands. I think they turned out super nice. I got the same meticulous girl for my french tips. I have not had nails like this in 20 years so not sure what to expect for longevity. I feel like they are strong and nice , would have preferred a tad bit shorter length but they are ok for now. They included nice extras like back and neck massage after each service and paraffin dip after nails were completely done. Very nice touch! Prices are super reasonable too. I guess the only negative for me is the language barrier. I wish people that run these shops would really take time to get the English skills to be able to have conversations with their customers instead of each other.

1 /5 shianna brisson: Worst nails we’ve ever gotten!! Took 2 hours for poly gel nails! And came out terrible! My mother and I are extremely disappointed we waisted $80 each on the crappiest nails we’ve ever received! 2 of my mothers nails popped off only 4 hr after leaving the salon! 100% do not recommend they do not know what they’re doing not professional!

3 /5 Rosemary Suong: If youre going here for a pedicure then great! They do an excellent job on pedicures if theyre not busy there.. I only had one of my frenches chip on my toes after a week but its barely noticable do no complaints there. but if youre getting your nails done its a different story. I needed two nail repairs and a polish fix. They made my nail so thick and one curved, it didnt even match the rest of my nails. I understand they have different colors so I wasnt complaining about that. But I did have to tell them their polish was no where close to my nail bed. The nail they repaired didnt even hold up for 5 days because the lady used a nail which didnt even fit my nails. So its already cracked now. She also didnt ask if it was a gel or acrylic. I just sat there and let her do her thing. Im assuming they did gel because it cost more. My nails were better off broken than having them "fix" it. Wish I liked both services but only pedicures are worth it here. I did the green tea and loved my spa. Just upset their work doesnt carry on with nails.

1 /5 bg: i was in TEARS in this salon. the girl who did my nails tore up my cuticles, way further down than needed like she clipped my actual skin on all 10 fingers and all of them were bleeding. then continued to file and drill on top of my RAW skin, i made it very clear how bad it hurt but she ignored me. the nails looked awful and crooked to which CeCe/CiCi fixed them but nothing will make up for the pain i had to endure. im scared im gonna get an infection. and the woman who fixed my nails didnt care about how tore up my fingers were, just how the nails looked. not to mention it took the first woman over 2 hours to do my nails. i was seriously sobbing in this salon from the pain though. never again. first pic is the night i got them (sunday) and the second pics are today (monday) these photos dont do justice in showing the amount of pain im in.
