Maria I was a walk in, first time I came to this salon for a gel manicure. Mia prepped by base, and ryan painted my nails. Both of them are amazing and have great customer service, especially from Mia. My nails came out great. They took their time and paid attention to details. I have been to many nail salons in the area, and some of them are so much busier, BUT this place is my new gem, I will be going back for sure and definitely recommend checking it out !!!

This was my first time getting my nails professionally done, so I was nervous going in not knowing what to expect. Ness, the nail tech, was welcoming, sweet, and very easy to talk to. I felt like I was being treated by a friend! She asked plenty of questions about what I wanted, and was quick and efficient. I will be recommending this location to friends and family, and I will certainly be a returning customer.

Mackenzie Weber A little hole-in-the-wall place, tidy and cozy. I had a fill and a pedicure done by a nail tech named Zhang Meng, he took his time, he was very gentle and detail oriented. The nail art is beautiful, and the pedi was nice and relaxing. It took a good hour and a half, so give yourself lots of time. But it was worth it. Highly recommended. Not sure what all the negative reviews are on about. UPDATE: been going here regularly for 2 years. All the reviews saying that the staff are rude and they hurry - yeah, sometimes they hurry if you dont make an appointment and expect to be served right away, or roll in 10 minutes before closing and ask for a full set or something, or sit down and expect a 15 minute manicure. They take their time, they get it right. And if youre polite, the staff will reflect that. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Nails are always on point, all the nail techs are excellent, if they make a mistake with your nails theyll do them again (only happened once over dozens of times!) Never had a broken nail that wasnt my fault (acrylic will crack and chip under normal wear, but yall should know this already.) And if Koko makes a suggestion, yall better listen to her. She knows what shes talking about. She and the other nail techs have actually saved me from my own bad design or color ideas a few times - shes never steered me wrong.

jessica betit Me and my wanted a girls day so we came here to get our nails done. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and so funny. So many laughs and such a great time. My nails turned out beyond amazing! They totally captured my queen of hearts theme for Halloween! I would 1,000000x recommend this place to anyone!!

Rob S “Hunnii Bunnii” I absolutely love coming to NC Nail Supply! I needed to find a new nail supply since I am new to area. Kiki and Ken were able to get me everything I needed. They are both very well informed and experienced in nail technology. Kiki was able to suggest the best professional tools for me. As an experienced nail technician it’s important for me to have the best tools and they were able to supply them. I needed a large supply of disposables and they were able to have it ready for me for a great price. They both are very good people and very kind. They are currently redoing the store and bringing in some great nail art supplies. I was able to get some items I usually only find online. So happy I found this supply! Talk to them! You will learn a lot! Kiki put me on to some great products that are better than mainstream brands. See you guys again! -Summer

Michaela Hulett I have gone here three times and all three times Tiffany and Leo have made the experience amazing! They both take their time doing your nails and pay attention to all of the details! They listen to your requests and make you feel comfortable if you need any changes. I would recommend them to anyone!

K I went in to Rainbow Nail & Spa for the first time. After looking at the mixed reviews, i can honestly say that my personal experience was great. It’s a family atmosphere; yes it may not be your typical ‘bougie’ salon, but they had the tools they needed to do the job. I think folks should give this place a chance and be open minded with the process and if a situation occurs; mistakes happen and we cannot let it ruin our day. It’s best to work together to find a solution. I should have asked the price before i made the reservation so i had to deal with the total. I paid 43 for pedicure, and 35 for manicure. The lady did nudge for me to give a tip and i felt bad if i said no so i put in 5 bucks. She did try to sell me their other services in the beginning but i kindly declined. They’re just doing what every business does, i think it’s good to support our local nail salons. Nonetheless, nails were beautiful, and the workers were very nice. Just always make sure to prepare yourself with the price no matter where you get your nails done :)

Janet Patrizio I love this place! They operate very efficiently. Mani - Pedi - lashes Etc all in one place if you like . Anna and her husband have great employees- Nicky gives the best foot massage! So glad this spa is near me.

Daiana Agudelo Tana is a great hairstylist. She is very thorough and does a great job. I highly recommend her.
