1 /5 Simon Wysong: They told me i could come back anytime. I left to make sure my girlfriend was okay (wouldnt answer when she told me call.) So i called back and they never got back to me. Guess what? Relapse. Thanks for the call back. My life was in danger and you didnt have the the to call me back. I know they had empty beds: who runs this place. They I boasted about they were open 24/7 and i could check back in anytime.

5 /5 Jack Straw: Im not at all sure why this place is getting low reviews. What people dont seem to understand about getting clean and/or sober is that professionals like them cant help you if you dont want to listen, and put into practice what they tell you. Also, I had my best (completely voluntary, THIS IS NOT A RELIGIOUS FACILITY) Bible study groups here that Ive ever had, and the mandatory groups themselves I thought were quite progressive in their approach, and well moderated. Listen, if you accept the help they offer and *really* mean it, you can begin your journey of recovery here. I did, and Ill have two years of sobriety in a couple weeks.I really couldnt have done it without this place either. They were a "port in a storm when I needed one the most. It was here that I also saw what my future could have in store for me if I kept up with my self-destructive ways. That fear then turned into motivation, and I havent lost it yet. Nor will I.

1 /5 mathew lamb: I had the worst experience of my life here. They had some very kind staff.... but they did not have enough staff and I saw a doctor for 30 seconds in my 4 day stay. They had no registered nurses the place is run by cnas that have to email a doctor and type whats going on for advice and permission to give medication. I went 12 hours without seeing any staff laying in my bed detoxing. I left in an ambulance which I was told I had a choice between a suboxone and the hospital when I was dehydrated so bad the hospital needed an ultrasound to get into my veins to get me hydrated. After throwing up my medication because I could not keep water down I was told I could not have my medication which was clearly in the toilet. They treated me like I was trying to get a double dose. Only when a half a sip of water had me throwing my intestines up did they finally believe me and call an ambulance. Please find a better place for you or your loved ones this place has cable and decent food but its all about the money and they do not have a doctor on site to treat you period.

1 /5 Elizabeth L: Helio health could not have been a worse experience for my loved one. When you have someone who is willing and wanting help, it should not be a hassle to get them help. We had to call several times and we’re unable to get any sort of answers. No call backs and we were treated like a nuisance for following back up after no one would return our calls with no sort of answers as to whether or not our loved one could enter detox. In fact, I was hung up on or left on hold for several hours throughout the day. Not to mention when my loved one was there, an individual overdosed and was left in the shower for four hours. Shame on you Mikayala for treating us like a bother and shame on you Christy? For assuming we should know how to discharge plan on our own. Isn’t that the point of asking for help to have a “professional” help with discharge planning rather than just sending an active addict out with no plan whatsoever? This experience makes my heart sad for those addicts who do not have loved ones to advocate for them.
