5 /5 Sierra K: I am so impressed!!! I was a walk in today in need of some Christmas Nails, I normally hate sitting in the salon but I loved the experience I got today. I got great nails, in an hour!!!! I struggle with picking at my cuticles and it was a non issue!!! I even was gifted complementary cuticle oil at the end of my services! Speedy service, great results, and I couldnt be happier!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will be coming back!

1 /5 latisha blue: Went to get my nails done and was passed off as if I wasn’t the first person there. My nails are very ugly and uneven. I Will not be returning. I love how Rachel does nails but her business ethics are very questionable.

She never gets her nails done and wasn’t sure what she was doing but showed the nail technician the picture (shown on her phone) and Louise picked out all the colors and got to work. I couldn’t believe how close the finished nails were to the pic example even the length was perfect and my very very very picky 17 year old was super happy with how they turned out! I had a pedicure and fill today and they are exactly what I wanted. Rachel and her mom always do a beautiful job on me and make me happy to have come. I’ll always choose this nail salon.

1 /5 Neek: This was my first time coming to this nail salon, I had gel polish on my toes and acrylics on my hands. I’d called to make an appointment & ask for a price including removal of both. Came in for dip powder gel nails no manicure no extensions wanted cat eye, also got a basic gel pedicure. My appointment was for 3:30pm didn’t get seated until 4:00pm. Pedicure was good no complaints there, and I enjoyed the tech who performed it. As for my nails. Terrrrrribleeeee! I had a male technician who had an attitude from start to end. Never introduced himself or attempted conversation, repeatedly bumped into my knees never said sorry or acknowledged it once. Repeatedly hit my skin using the nail drill, lost control and ran over all of my fingers with it never said sorry or acknowledged it. Checking BOTH of his two cell phones the entire time. Poor execution on the “cat eye” nails. They were brown. When I asked to have it corrected he had an attitude and I told him I’d show him the reference picture I asked him to match it to which he said “I’m waiting”. From the price quote I got when making the appointment he charged me an additional $10. Hovered over me as I signed the receipt to see if he’d get a tip—he did not and he responded “oh ok”. How can you expect a tip when you were unwelcoming from start to finish? Never ever returning.
