5 /5 Sylvia Lin: I did my nails here last month and had to come back just to say how amazing they are! I got so many compliments. The artwork is detailed and beautiful, and even after a month, they still look fresh with no peeling or cracks. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Ivy Zheng: Didn’t have any expectations but their attention to detail for my nails and cuticles blew me away, for a second I almost thought this I was getting a Russian manicure due to the drilling and cuticle work she was putting in. Customer service was great and the lady that did my nails took her time, making sure my nails came out perfect! Price is reasonable as well!! They don’t charge for removal btw, hope this helps

1 /5 JC S: So unfortunate!..I was here twice. The first time, there was lots of colors to choose from for powdered gel. The woman doing my nails had no idea what I was saying but the manager was very helpful. I went back a week ago. I was alarmed reading latest reviews, but unfortunately they were correct. The lady today said she was the person I had requested, but she wasnt. She also wouldnt do what I asked her to do. Then she was visibly angry at my requests, which was to put nail polish removal , with foil on nails so they could fall off or be taken off easier..I want to put foils on finger nails, and get special pedicure. My other place does that all the time. I liked all the new colors at this place, but unfortunately undoable..Management needs to come in!!

1 /5 Stephanie L: Absolutely horrible. Not only was I rushed throughout the whole process, they talked about me in front of my face. If youre going to talk about the customer, make sure the customer doesnt understand you. Jojo and Sandy were speaking about me in mandarin and in Fuzhounese. They started off by complaining how I wanted both uv gel extension and pedicure. Mind you, the receptionist told me to come in at 6pm if I wanted both. I came in early for my 6pm appointment too and if that was an issue then you should have informed me. As the process went on, Jojo complained about how I wanted the gap between my real nail and tip filled. Are you kidding me? The tip should be glued onto my nail correctly. I shouldnt have to tell you to do it when you can clearly see it not attached. Regardless, you complained about how I was being annoying and how you had to fill it in when Sandy asked you if you were almost done, so she can finally start. My nails still came out messy and you shaved way too much of my real nail. Theres a bubble and what kind of shaping is this (see photos). Jojo was also bragging about my nail request was "easy to do" in Fuzhounese. Guess its easy when youre doing a messy job. My pedicure was the fastest pedicure Ive ever had, barely did any of the steps correctly. The nails werent dry and they kicked me out. Now to end this saga, they were discussing how they didnt receive a tip yet. They were discussing this while I was in the midst of my pedicure. Now I have been nothing, but respectful and said my please & thank you every step of the way. I bit my tongue throughout the process. I still gave you two tip. But to see your faces when I said thank you in Fuzhounese was priceless. Great to see your heart fall down to your bootyhole and I really hope it makes the owner reevaluate who they are hiring. People take this as a warning and avoid this place at all cost. Do better Jojo and Sandy, you give a bad rep to all technicians that work hard. Oh, whoever Jessica is at the store and you werent here. They talked a lot about you and said you have a big face, so be careful who you trust at work.
