4 /5 Claire Andrew: My pedicure and manicure gel acrylic was absolutely amazing. The person who did it. I didn’t catch her name however she was very quiet and respectful. I did not have an appointment upon walking in. However, the reception was not very welcoming , they didn’t smile or try to inquire in a friendly manner as to how. they might be able to help however, the place was also extremely clean and I felt like I will return.

5 /5 Crystal Vallecillo: Got Gel X nails with hand painted designs and I love how it came out! Mayra is great at what she does. The salon is clean, professional, and offers soooo many different gel colors. I’ve come to this place several times to get pedicures and they always do an excellent job. Finally decided to do my nails after going to someone else for 10+ years and I have no regrets. A little more $$ than I usually pay but you get what you pay for.

1 /5 Narsamah Besoonat: This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL salon ever. I made an appointment for 4/5/24 and I paid 40$ as a deposit to hold my appointment plus I was taxed $1.80 when no service was provided, but I let it go although I was a bit annoyed. So the day before my appointment I called to ask if I can reschedule my appointment, Mayra said, “no I can’t not change my appointment, and if I choose to I would loose my deposit”. Although, I know at most places when a deposit is set to hold an appointment you have 24 hours to make any changes to it- I also let that slide. I told her that okay I don’t have a babysitter can I bring my daughter, as she does not allow children in her salon, which I respected, the reason why I asked. She says “okay, you can bring her”. I thanked her and told her I would see her tomorrow. However, the Mayra calls about an hour before my appointment and was like they have a sewage issue and that I can not come to my appointment, that I would have to use the back door and I would not be able to bring my baby, I said that’s fine can I reschedule my appointment? She goes,”yes you can but you will loose your deposit”, so I said to her, ”I am willing to make my appointment, you are the one canceling on me, why would I loose my deposit ? She then told me to come today, 4/6/24 at 11. When I arrived, no one knew why was I there asking for Mayra because she DOES NOT WORK ON A SATURDAY !! I was livid!! I told them to return me my deposit. So I said to the receptionist that I was charged $1.80 for tax on service that was not provided, I want ALL of my money, she goes well I have to wait until Monday for that when Mayra gets back. At that point, I was SO ANGRY, I told her give me my 40$ so I can go, (which she did). Honesty, I’m not sure if she lied because she didn’t want me to bring my child, but I dont recommend anyone to this nail salon, unless you want to deal with money hungry, greedy people not to mention the disgusting attitude. I used to go to this salon when they just opened a few years back, and they were good, but I guess when a nail tech gets a lot of business, they feel as though they are doing you a favor for free. Also, this was not the first time this has happened which is why I stopped going. The customer service stinks, and Mayra is not very welcoming. Go at your own discretion!!

1 /5 nastassia mohabir: I had the worst experience at Mayra Nail Salon this is the first time having a worst experience, I had gotten Sns Dip powder from Rosa and she shaped the nails very well but I didn’t understand why there was so much drilling your real nails. The sns was only three coats. She used regular clear top coat from Essie which I didn’t understand, isn’t there some special top coat sns uses. So anyway I got them done October 1st so they were good and then coming like over the weekend my thumb nail on the right side cracked. So I’m like why is my nails chipping I just got them done. Called Myra and she said come in and I did. She stated my nail is what cracked the sns, which is strange because I’ve got sns with my nail being weak and it never cracked. So then she fixes it and when she did it was good and strong and thick. So now I went during the week and started seeing my other nails cracking and same thing was happening. So I called back to come and I went in October 12 and told Myra I would like a refund for the nails cause I don’t have time to keep coming back every time and fixing my nails. Told her I’m not paying to fix them. Myra didn’t want to give me a full refund because it’s Ben two weeks. She started being rude. Like it’s not my fault the nails is cracking. I advise anyone doing sns don’t take the chance cause clearly Myra said I’m the only one complaining and how every customer never complains. How they do three coatings of sns. Never will I ever go back, lost money with them and sns nails is terrible of the way they do them. Never will get back my money again.
