1 /5 Yacely Jimenez: I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning on March 17, 2025, for March 26, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. I received two confirmation text messages—one on the day I scheduled and another on March 19—both confirming my 3:30 p.m. appointment. However, on March 24, I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment, but now it listed the time as 3:00 p.m. I didn’t think much of it, assuming they just wanted patients to arrive early. Then, on the day of my appointment, I got another text “reminding” me of my appointment, except now the time had changed again—to 2:00 p.m. Concerned, I called at 1:20 p.m., but no one answered. Since I had originally scheduled for 3:30 p.m., I assumed this was just a system glitch. I took the afternoon off work and paid for an Uber to get to the office, only to be told upon arrival that “there’s no 3:30 appointment today.” I even showed the front desk my original confirmation, but all they said was that it looked like my appointment time “kept going down,” and that the doctor had already left for the day. No apology, no explanation—just a complete waste of my time and money. No one called to inform me the doctor would be leaving early or to ask if I could come in at the new time. Instead, they let me show up expecting my scheduled appointment, only to turn me away. The front desk offered to reschedule for the next day, but I couldn’t take more time off work for something that was their mistake. The next available appointment was April 24, which was nearly a month away. I will be canceling that appointment and finding a new dentist. I’ve been to this office before, and I remember the long wait times, difficult phone scheduling, and disorganized appointments. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after nearly three years, hoping things had improved—but clearly, they have not. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable. A healthcare facility should operate with respect and efficiency, but this office repeatedly fails in both areas. I truly hope they make changes for the sake of future patients, but as for me, I won’t be returning.

5 /5 Tracy Henderson: I see many positive things about Concerned Dental Care of the Bronx. If you dont have money they will find other options to help you reach your goal. Clean/tidy always. Medical tools is cleaned all the time. Very professional. All staff members. Doctors very knowledgeable of their field. Never nasty. They tell you the truth about our teeth. I rather hear the then a lie.

1 /5 Amber L: I’ve been coming to this office for my last three cleanings since it’s close by and accepts my insurance, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. Each visit, I’ve had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time, only to receive a rushed and subpar cleaning. The hygienist I’ve been assigned each time (she has locs) is extremely rough, cutting my gums and not being thorough in the cleaning process. The entire experience feels rushed, my teeth are relatively "clean" but a cleaning being 10-15 minutes is just too quick. For the long wait times and lack of quality care, I can’t justify coming back. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for another office that values both professionalism and patient care

1 /5 Iris Alma: 0 Star! My Son waited 3months for this appt to be told he cant be seen without a referral the day of. I got on the phone immediately with his General Dentist who was having trouble faxing to a busy line and finally when it goes thru at 10:30am for a !0am appt he was cancelled. I pleaded for him to be seen being he missed school and we live 1hr away but they refused. No manager on site to help. Normally professional Doctor offices have a grace period, not this place. They are not concerned at all. Good riddance ..

4 /5 sandra mathis: I have a 10am appointment for a consultation. I arrived at 10am. I was not greeted at first for 3 minutes standing at the front desk. I feel just a look or a nod of Acknowledgement, ( That we see you standing and we will be with you in one moment.) Should have been a response from one of the 3 front desk representatives. Once i was greeded the representative was quite polite. I was asked for my information then give paperwork to fill out while I sat and waited to be called. 20 minutes later I was called into take x rays. The x ray tech was very polite very knowledgeable and the experience was very quick and painless. Great job. Then I was told to return to my set I would be called in shortly. I was called back in about 10 minutes. Again this was very quick and efficient. The office was very clean and all the staff members that I had contact with where very friendly. The Doctors can into the room within 6 minutes of me being seated. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Job well done.
