Cortland Autobody Repair and Service - CARS - Cortland (NY)

mellymel284 I have been a frequent customer of Total Auto care for about 11 years ( since around 2010 ) and I have always experienced friendly, exceptional service and automotive savvy. I have seen Craig ODell ( the owner ) go out of his way to help me on short notice ( no appointment ) and fix the problem. Craig ALWAYS explains WHAT is wrong, HOW to fix and even tries to save money for the customer ( if possible ). They also let me know if they see a "potential" problem in the future regarding my vehicle ( heads up ! ). Important to note, Total Auto Care : fix vehicles, inspect, also are a car dealership ( the same excellent service / no rip off !!!) They do it all. F.Y.I...have two small couches to sit on ( if waiting), and two chairs, reading material and a BATHROOM . I RECOMMEND TOTAL AUTO CARE,THEY ARE AN ASSET TO THIS COMMUNITY AND ARE THE BEST !

I was so fortunate that Shae was able to order the correct rim and tire and for a great price! They even got rid of the wrong tire and put the correct one in the trunk for me. Thank you! A+++

Sarabeth Loomis I needed a jump on my car, and I was desperate to get to work on time---I called Gary and he drove over to my apartment within ten minutes to help me, taking time out of his extremely busy schedule to help someone he didnt know at all. I will be using Gary again in the future whenever I have automotive needs for as long as I am in the area!

Janice Hinkle This man who is one of few in the area that will fix a hybrid car, was able to repair my car within a very reasonable time. He communicated well with my husband, keeping him up-to-date on things. He had a lot of work to do to determine the problem but did it. And his fee was very reasonable. So thankful we found him!
