1 /5 criscillia: Today was one of the most troubling days of my life. I was medically voliated at this office. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:00 p.m. I arrived at 11:50 a.m. The front desk explained to me that I would have to wait one hour, because the back is full. It was not accurate to me, because I am a scheduled patient. I then requested to speak with the manager. The office manager Alex came out and told me oh well I should have picked up yesterday. He took it upon himself to reschedule me without my consent. I explained to him this was not ok, and requested his name. He stated I had to wait the hour, so I did.The audacity to be blatantly rude when you are inconveniencing me. Yet, I had to be the understanding one. At 1:05p.m, he came back out to retrieve 2 other patients. I asked him whats his problem, I waited why am I being skipped now. He stated to me you still here, get out. I retrieve my records and was medically neglected,disrespected, and disregarded. This incident was totally unacceptable and I was inappropriately handled. How can someone like you be an office manager for health care and treat their patients in this manner. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSURD.
