Gabriel Cardozo This location deserves more recognition. I’m from Brooklyn and haven’t found a location that accepts my insurance, until I found Dental Oral Surgery. Made my appointment on 1/3/25, they had availability for the next day. Same day tooth extraction (1/4/25). Just make sure to bring ID, insurance and referral. I couldn’t be happier. There is a bit of a wait, even if you have an appointment, I would say around 1-2 hours depending on the day. However, just be patient, the removal was nothing more than fast and pain free. Highly recommend this location.

Diana, the dental assistant, is an absolute sweetheart—kind, attentive, and reassuring. But the true star of the show was Dr. Kagan. Hands down, the BEST doctor I’ve encountered in my 34 years. His expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. The entire team worked together to ease my anxiety and make the procedure as smooth as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and care. 10/10—highly Recommend.

Erica R Had an appt scheduled for 830am. By the time paper work & x-rays were done, I was starting I think a little after 9:30am. I was on my way a little after 10am. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly. I was nervous but they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

Janicebell Ulerio If I can give zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are scammers. When I was younger I had a front chipped tooth from an accident and I came here numerous times to have my tooth fixed. Every time the tooth would only last one or two weeks the most and the piece of tooth would fall off. It was literally like if they used Krazy Glue!! I had to spend several years of my teenage years with a front chipped tooth which was embarrassing!! All they care about is charging your insurance and overbook people. They don’t even care that the wait is 5-6 hours until they see you. If you are coming here bring breakfast lunch and dinner, you’re going to be here the whole day and night. My parents have also had bad experiences with this dentist for more serious things like crowns and implants. Like me they had to go somewhere else or even out of the country to get the job done for the second or fourth time! AlanaSoDifferent today at dental specialties of New York, I was assisted by Mrs. Heather, for a consultation because four wisdom teeth need to be taken out! And I can honestly say that she has made me confident enough to come back and get all four pulled out without being put to sleep! I will definitely highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!
