1 /5 J R: An absolute scam, they received me knowing that they We’re not Going to be able to help me instead of referring me to the doctor that I needed, Then they proceeded to do a so called deep cleaning, which was not that deep. Before that they said that my insurance didn’t cover A procedure that I needed for some antibiotics on my tooth so they proceeded to charge me out-of-pocket $200 for the most useless procedure that I’ve ever had in my life. The icing on the cake was that I received a letter from my insurance stating that an x-ray was being charged on A day that I was not there, was not approved because I have passed the limit for x-rays for that for that month. On my next appointment, I showed them the letter sent by my insurance and asked them. What was that about, They got pissed off and became very anxious and a little bit rude and while I was asking the young lady what’s going on the dentist said and I quote, what that means is that we don’t get paid enough. ,Worst part of all is that going there was a waste of time and money I resolved absolutely nothing with my teeth and have to see another dentist to get the work done that I need don’t go there..

5 /5 Evelise R: I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr Olivia Drew. I’ve been to this location multiple times for multiple different occasions. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. I get seen very fast here and I love that Dr. Drew talks you through every step. I will continue to come here for follow ups and to maintain a healthy smile. This is the first time I’ve felt cared for by a doctor. So thank you all at Pura Dental ❤️

5 /5 Sabrina Mitchell: Dentist and staff were warm and professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I was scheduled within a week. I was promptly seen once arriving for my appointment. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommend

2 /5 Porcelain Suriel: Today I had a dentist appointment with Dr. Matsui. I arrived at the office at 8:45 AM, even though they open at 9:00 AM, so I was the first patient waiting. Another lady arrived about 45 minutes after I did. When they started calling patients in, I was called first, followed by the other lady. However, the assistant told the doctor to see the lady who came after me instead. I felt very disrespected, especially since I made the effort to wake up early and arrive on time. When I pointed out that I had been there first, the doctor became rude and even told me I could leave if I was upset. I responded that I would stay for my treatment and then leave afterward. Jasmin, who works at the front desk, remained professional and apologized for how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, the doctor never acknowledged or apologized for his behavior. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Dr. Matsui’s office.

3 /5 little bird: The staff were very nice. The service was sort of quick I was there for about less a hour. The dentist was also very nice but she only cleaned my teeth in under 10 minutes and I had to remind her to use the prophy paste . The good thing is I got a goodie bad and she was honest and said I had cavities and I was also referred to an oral surgeon. I don’t think I will come back here I expect a much professional well done cleaning :/
