5 /5 Ava: I came in with an emergency. My truck hatch door was hanging in by a bolt. I had to get on highway for an hour drive home but, I couldnt leave with the door like that or the air pressure driving would have snatched it off and possibly killed a motorist on the highway. I googled body shops and C.A.R.S Collision was only down the street. I pulled in early in the morning. The tech Vito was already working on someones vehicle. He welcomed me and asked how could he help me. I explained the serious situation. He immediately stopped and attended to my problem. He couldnt fix it. However, he said he could secure it by using a strong wire and strong tape. I agreed. The door didnt move, shake, rattle or anything, as I was driving. I was so happy and relieved. I made it home safe snd sound. The temporary remedy he did is still working until Im able to get it repaired. Thank you so, so much Vito. I appreciate you for the concern you had for my safety and others on the road as well. If I ever need body work, it would be worth an hours drive to have C.A.R.S Collision do the job.
