My vehicle received two services: detailing and replacement of tail lights. I was satisfied with both outcomes. Visiting the Maserati dealership in Rochester would likely have resulted in higher costs.

Denise Vitiello They really go the extra mile. Loved getting a video so that I was able to see the wear and tear on my tires and brakes. Back in the day, you just trusted- and wasnt always trustworthy. By seeing this- it was obvious that the repairs/replacement parts I needed were actually truly necessary. All staff is just so pleasant and smiling and helpful. I even was able to work while I waited for my service to be complete and had coffee and all the proper outlets and USB ports for phone charging etc. THANK YOU!

Raymond Risucci Edit: I wasnt confused, I clearly understood what was said. Mike called me yesterday and asked if i was coming in to pick up my car if not he would have it towed. First sentence. No prior conversation or warning. I brought the car there last week for a repair estimate $7k, the quote took them a couple days no big deal. I left The car there for a few additional days while waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. We are talking Thursday to Tuesday. It’s wild to think this employees first response is to threaten a client of the business. It just shows poor management and no leadership at that business. Apparently Mike is the manager so it’s obvious there will be no correction to his unprofessional behavior. I bought my last 3 vehicles at dons ford, never again.
