5 /5 Caroline Horizny Mitchell: I’ve been going to Cinderella Nail for years. I like getting ANC on my finger nails and they are always responsive to my requests and the quality is great. I just started doing pedicures and they are SO relaxing and take a long time which is good because you are paying for it. I recently brought my best friend there and she liked it too, and my husband who had a foot massage/pedicure with no polish (obviously). Will definitely keep going back even though I live in Albany near other closer nail salons. The employees are very timely and friendly.

5 /5 L P: I went a little over a week ago to get my nails done before a trip to L.A. It was my first time getting anything other than a basic manicure - I got ANC/dip ($45) with almond filed ($5) tips ($5) and 2 nails "custom painted" ($2). So from what I remember it was $57 total before tip. I brought a reference picture (last pic) and they matched it almost exactly (I opted to go for accent nails with the gold line, not all 10). A really nice man helped at the start as I described what I wanted and showed the picture. He started buffing and adding tips but after a couple tips I was switched over to Cindy. Both of these people were great for customer service but obviously since Cindy did the majority of my nails I thought she was FANTASTIC. Like I said I never had ANC or tips done before so not gonna lie it looked rough at the start and I asked Cindy if she thought one of the tips looked crooked. She said it wasnt crooked/a mistake and that it lined up with the direction my nail grew in, which I guess grows kind of to the side. But anyways as she kept going it was looking better and better. At the end I felt bad for questioning her and she did such a great job I gave her like a 22% tip I think. I also asked her how long shes been doing nails for before realizing it sounded like I was questioning her skill which was not my intention but anyways shes been doing it since she was a teen and has like 20+ years I think, and I believe her! 10/10 would recommend if youre looking for a high-quality manicure at a very fair price! Pricing is hard to find online but its laid out very clearly on a big sign in the store.

5 /5 Francesca R.: Cindy has been my go-to friend for 13 years! I first met Cindy at a previous salon, and when she left, I could never find someone that compared. One day, after many, many visits to different salons in the area, I stumbled into Cinderella, and there was Cindy, who walked right up to me after 2 years, asking me if I remembered her... umm, of course! Cindy is gentle, friendly, accommodating, and makes me laugh. Cindy is dedicated to providing an excellent service, so much so that she has planned her first vacation in many years and asked when my wedding was so she could ensure shed be in town to take care of me for my wedding. I absolutely adore her and will never go to someone else. I have gotten a few friends to start going to Cinderella, and now they also wont go anywhere else!

5 /5 Chloe Stevens: Cindy did an amazing job! She was nice and welcoming and gentle on my hands. I got gel nail color #92. It cost $35. I highly recommend.
