Eric Lundgren Stevi has been my only hair stylist for many years providing styling and highlights. She is a good listener to understand what I want and she offers great recommendations. The outcome always exceeds my expectations. The salon provides a very pleasant atmosphere.

Tom B. Danielle was very welcoming and did a FANTASTIC job with my haircut! She took the extra time to make sure that it was perfect! Danielle is very professional, courteous and friendly as well! I was very happy with my haircut when I left and I always receive compliments on how well she cuts my hair! I HIGHLY recommend her whether it be for a men’s haircut, women’s hairstyle or any other service she provides!

Angelina Simmons Maddi have me such an amazing experience at this salon! I wanted partial highlights and knew with having previously box died hair it would be difficult, even taking a couple of sessions but with just one session with her she got me exactly what I wanted! She was so understanding and knew exactly how to go about giving my hair life again, I love this place so much already!

She offered great suggestions and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The entire team at the salon was welcoming and friendly, and the space itself is clean, comfortable, and inviting. I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation!

Jennifer Ratcliff I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding with Marie. My mother also had her hair and makeup and my wife had her makeup done here. I had some injuries on my face that were healing that I was self conscious about but Marie was very warm and attentive to making me feel like a beautiful bride. I also did my hair and makeup trial with her which I would recommend, as it gave me an opportunity to make a few tweaks to my plan. Amazingly my hair and makeup stayed in place for the entire day and evening. She is great to work with. I do not have all of my photos but I have included a few here as a sample. Jennifer Vosylius I just got a keratin treatment and it was by far the best one Ive ever gotten. I let my hair air dry and there was absolutely no frizz and it feels really soft. Ive always had frizzy hair and this is the first thing to ever actually work

Gabby Patchett I came to Bona Fide for my first ever curl cut, and I cannot recommend Leah enough! The entire appointment was personalized for my hair type, style, and hair goals. Leah explained every step through the process, from the technique she used for my dry cut to which products she used/why- including how to style on my own at home.

Margie Weaver This salon is amazing! I asked my friend who cut and colored her hair and she gave me Angelo’s name from Kicks Salon on Alexander Street in Rochester, NY! I made an appointment for a cut and color and have never looked back! Angelo listens to you and makes you feel so at ease! Not only is he the best stylist in the city but he is a great person too! If I could give this salon 10 stars, I would!

Sadia Depta Great place. My hair was a mess when I first came in to meet my new stylist. Now my hair feels healthy again for the first time in a very long time!
