Rosa Bermudez AAA guy told me about this place because I told him I need my car fixed today and if he knew anybody. He stated yes JRS, so I told him call them up. JRS stated yes, we can do the work in one day, so I jumped on it. Due to them I didnt have to miss a day of work. I was so happy. I told all my co-workers all about JRS and I showed my co-workers my new pen, which lights up and I thought that was so cool.

Mitch Thomas Averys is a great shop. Ive taken my vehicles here since I got my drivers license and Ive never had a bad experience. Im so thankful to have a shop like this in the community. They arent pushy, they are knowledgeable, honest, super friendly, and they always call before they do anything. Support this local shop, you wont regret it.

Wendy Howard Love Airborne Auto. Jon has been our mechanic for longer than I can remember. Love the fact that he was able to move to this bigger and better facility. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Joella Milner Tim was absolutely amazing. He was honest about what was wrong with my daughter‘s car, he kept in constant contact and keeping me updated before doing anything. He was very professional, honest and understanding about pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who was looking for a great mechanic. Justin Weberg I couldnt be more impressed with Ray and his staff. My car broke down as I was passing through the area. Ray was there within about 10 minutes of my call. While it is a busy shop, they quickly fit me in -- started working on my car almost immediately -- and diagnosed an electrical issue that two other mechanics overlooked. While it took several hours of working (off and on because of the demands of the shop), Ray graciously charged me a conservative estimate of the time that he took on it, and had me on my way later that day. Greg and Jay were most pleasant and accommodating as I sat in their office, and even allowed me to eat of the pizza that they purchased for lunch. Although I attempted to pay for my portion, I found my money in the cupholder of my car once it was ready. To top it off, after Greg found out that I am a Christian, he escorted me out to my finished car and prayed for me before I departed. It was an unbelievable experience and way beyond good customer service. For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town. They fit him in (same day) and discovered that he only needed a fraction of the work done. Greg and the mechanic did not throw the other company under the bus as he gave the summary of their findings, and did not pressure the young man to use them. In fact, Greg encouraged him to think about it, research or ask someone he trusts about it, and give them a call if he would like for them to do the work. Again, I was impressed by their honesty and integrity. I would recommend Ray and his staff to absolutely anyone! If I didnt live seven hours away, Id use them for all of my work!

casey clements Fred is a great, friendly guy who is always honest. He will call you multiple times while working on your car to update you and let you know what he will fix, and the estimated cost BEFORE he does it. I drop my car off and he always has it done in a couple hours. His labor per hour cost is low, and prices are reasonable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. He also gives you an itemized bill with cost break down once you pick up your car to understand the costs. Thank you Fred! Our whole family uses your services and will continue, best in the area.

Tiffany Ballard What can I say, what an amazing experience. Customer service was above and beyond. They provided all the answers to my questions with such efficiency. The service and attention to detail, satisfied all of my concerns and needs. These guys definitely know the power of teamwork and transparency with their clients. Came on Tuesday July 22, in and out. Front desk attendant provided feedback from the beginning to the end while working with the mechanics to insure a smooth transition. I pray that firestone continues to support their employees on and off the clock, bonuses for their your family, great benefits and shares in the company.

I had LOTS of extensive work and mods done this year. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Reasonable, fair pricing. Quick turnaround. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Jason Kangas My daughter who attends Binghamton University had a tire blowout. Dennis provided exceptional service and was very accomodating. On Friday afternoon, he ordered the tire, which was delivered Saturday morning. He scheduled the tire to be installed before noon and we cant be happier! Thank you Dennis!
