S F I’ve been going to Ray for years. He’s a solid guy who’s very fair and good with what he does. He’s the only mechanic I’ve paid more than what he was asking because I thought his work was worth it.

Rosa Bermudez AAA guy told me about this place because I told him I need my car fixed today and if he knew anybody. He stated yes JRS, so I told him call them up. JRS stated yes, we can do the work in one day, so I jumped on it. Due to them I didnt have to miss a day of work. I was so happy. I told all my co-workers all about JRS and I showed my co-workers my new pen, which lights up and I thought that was so cool.

Brianna McNamara I just went for an inspection, and needed new tires and brakes. Ive been to a lot of different mechanics over the years, but the man I dealt with, Steve I believe, is the nicest, most pleasant mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Car mechanics tend to be gruff/cold and even sometimes rude, but Steve was the total opposite, and that alone is enough to make me want to come back. Of course they did a great job, the price was fair and they were quick as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others.

Brad Stringer Brad and Tyler were a tremendous help to me with the purchase of my new tires. They were very professional and very helpful in choosing the right tire for my truck. I highly recommend Big E Tire on Court St.

Anar Doski Seriously, THE BEST shop around. They transformed my G80 M3 into what it should have been from Germany. Everyone at Overdrive has been trustworthy, skilled and very friendly.

Stephen Hurchla These guys are great. Ive only been there a couple of times but they treat me like Im one of their best customers. Theyre prices are fair and dont try to sell you on something that you dont need.

Mitch Thomas Averys is a great shop. Ive taken my vehicles here since I got my drivers license and Ive never had a bad experience. Im so thankful to have a shop like this in the community. They arent pushy, they are knowledgeable, honest, super friendly, and they always call before they do anything. Support this local shop, you wont regret it.

Justin Weberg I couldnt be more impressed with Ray and his staff. My car broke down as I was passing through the area. Ray was there within about 10 minutes of my call. While it is a busy shop, they quickly fit me in -- started working on my car almost immediately -- and diagnosed an electrical issue that two other mechanics overlooked. While it took several hours of working (off and on because of the demands of the shop), Ray graciously charged me a conservative estimate of the time that he took on it, and had me on my way later that day. Greg and Jay were most pleasant and accommodating as I sat in their office, and even allowed me to eat of the pizza that they purchased for lunch. Although I attempted to pay for my portion, I found my money in the cupholder of my car once it was ready. To top it off, after Greg found out that I am a Christian, he escorted me out to my finished car and prayed for me before I departed. It was an unbelievable experience and way beyond good customer service. For what it is worth, while sitting in the office, they received a call from a young man who had been quoted $3,500 worth of work needing to be done (rack and pinion, and struts -- if I recall correctly) by another company in town. They fit him in (same day) and discovered that he only needed a fraction of the work done. Greg and the mechanic did not throw the other company under the bus as he gave the summary of their findings, and did not pressure the young man to use them. In fact, Greg encouraged him to think about it, research or ask someone he trusts about it, and give them a call if he would like for them to do the work. Again, I was impressed by their honesty and integrity. I would recommend Ray and his staff to absolutely anyone! If I didnt live seven hours away, Id use them for all of my work!
