1 /5 Blinera Roman: Firstly I had been in communication with this salon via instagram dms where we confirmed I’d be coming around 9am. I was made to wait 20 mins before someone came and asked exactly what I wanted. I proceeded to show the stylist who then informed me I’d need to bleach my hair which is not true as other stylist have said different. I was trying to go for a dark burgundy color. The salon did not realise I am Albanian and proceeded to talk crap about me in Albanian saying how I should go do it elsewhere if that’s what other stylists said. Would not recommend, horrible people and don’t go if you’re not Albanian because they will talk crap about you and you won’t even know. Per ket pun nuk esht halal për ti ndihmuar shqiptart në biznes.

1 /5 Haydee Padilla: Unprofessional and racist!! I went on a weekday to ask for price and availability. Albana told me " Saturday 2-3pm. I came at 2. They said come back at 3. I came back at 3pm (and saw newfaces!?) to be told to come back at 430pm. Where I saw even more new faces that werent there at 3 pm!!. Clearly, they were attending these ladies instead of me, and I was going to be "the last one". Then they asked me to come back at 630pm. Absolutely not maam. You lost your mind if you think Im coming back, 4 hrs after a set appt to give you my money after treating me this way? Im starting to think it was because I was Hispanic and not from their country. What a shame. Zero stars if I could. Waste of my time

5 /5 Alisa R.: I’ve been seeing Albana for almost 10 years. She never disappoints. I show her what I want and she always goes above and beyond to create that hairstyle to fit your face. She will always give you amazing suggestions based on what you are wearing and it will always turn out beautiful. I have never changed my hair-styler for all those years and never will.

1 /5 Just Bloom: I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at albana salon. I went in for a blow dry before an important wedding, expecting to leave with a polished and beautiful style, wanted to treat myself so I can relax. Instead what I got was a disaster. The final result was so poorly done that I couldn’t believe it. My hair looked messy, unstyled, and far from what a professional blow dry should look like. It was so bad that I had to go home and redo my hair from scratch to make it presentable for the event. I told the stylist “this isn’t even a blowdry and she gave me attitude stating it’s what I asked” Having to spend additional time and effort fixing what I paid a professional to do was infuriating, especially on such a big day when time is precious. To make matters worse, the service was overpriced, making it all the more frustrating to leave feeling disappointed and unprepared. Beyond the poor styling, the salon’s makeup tools and brushes were dirty, raising serious hygiene concerns. They need a better team. Additionally, there were no seats for clients waiting for their appointment, making the entire environment feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. I regret choosing this salon for such an important occasion and strongly advise others to reconsider before booking here. Never again, don’t fall for the good reviews!!

5 /5 Mariam: Got my hair done for a wedding (an updo) and it turned out even better than the inspo pic i showed them. Got so many compliments and my hair didn’t move all night. Staff is very kind and accommodating as well!
