2 /5 Analyssa Sainz: On March 24th I went to the salon and got my hair colored by Michael. Attached is a reference picture of what I wanted and what I ended up with. The process Michael put my hair through is not one that I would want anyone else to experience. Although he was nice, the outcome of my hair shows that he was not knowledgeable or honest about executing my desired request. When a client asks for something I believe the stylist should be honest about their skillset and not just execute what they think is best. I found the salon to be a great place with nice employees minus the color I ended up with. Alex Jorge and Michelle did their best to accommodate me and tried to correct the work Michael did which was appreciated. Last photos show the color correction I had done yesterday after giving my hair sometime to rest. Thankfully after 6 hours I was able to get the desired color I wanted before my wedding.

We purchased a gift certificate for our daughter, a regular customer, but she unfortunately lost it. I visited the salon to inquire about a replacement, and although they were initially hesitant due to the handwritten certificate, they went above and beyond to verify our claim. Alex himself confirmed that our daughter hadnt visited since having her baby and, after seeing our American Express transaction, generously honored the certificate! The level of customer service, empathy, and trust demonstrated by Alex and his team is truly commendable. Were grateful for their kindness and integrity. 5 /5 Gabriela Campoverde: Love the atmosphere and specially the skills of each worker! If you want to get peettier this is the place to COME. Prices are fair since the service is above and beyond! Be sure to ask for the massage when they wash your hair! Its the best part !

1 /5 Lisette Saavedra: I went to get a haircut, nothing major just wanted a few inches off. I was told it would be $30 but was charged $35 in the end. I didnt mind paying, but the haircut was terrible! I felt like the guy rushed and when I asked him to even my side bangs he said they looked fine already, and didnt want to do it. I had to have my hair up all week until I was able to go to my usual place. If you could go elsewhere, please do! I do not recommend this place!

1 /5 Adriana Rodriguez: I came to the salon just wanting a nice simple blow out, but unfortunately the service I got was terrible. I made an appointment over the phone and the staff acted somewhat confused when I got there. Especially Eduardo who did my hair and made disgusted faces at my hair the entire time.. He is very rude and has terrible customer service. The staff will also talk about you if they think you don’t know their language. (Which I did) I have a severe disorder which causes my hair to fall out , but apparently it was amusing to them. I did remain quiet, let them talk, and let him finish my hair. But won’t be returning.
