Kenneth Sweeney I have been going to Skinners service garage for about 2 and 1/2 years now. And Ive always gotten excellent service and the staff are very courteous and will answer any questions you have and make good decisions if you cant make. Their workmanship is good and they will tell you exactly what needs to be done after they have inspected your vehicle for the issues you were bringing it there for and give you options on what you want to do. Another thing I like is the fact that you can bring your own parts and they will install them for you. The waiting room is just like sitting in your own living room which is very good and relaxing. I highly recommend Skinners to anyone thats looking for quality service .

Wayne Wilson The thought of buying a "new" vehicle was daunting and we were not looking forward to a hassle, but my father recommended Skinner, so we thought wed check it out. Not only did we find the vehicle we were looking for, but the staff was so helpful and not one person tried to pressure us into anything. They genuinely wanted to help is get what we needed. They made the process so easy, and they took care of EVERYTHING! We just picked it up! They even helped us out with some "extras" after the sale! Definitely add this place to your car shopping list!

Walter Plate I just had my old lexus for a misaligned steering wheel and the guy who attend me was super nice, everyone was very kind and even chat a bit. Definitely going back and make business with them.

Larry B I have an F350 Diesel and it was in need of an oil change. We live in our RV full time and the mechanic said he would give the truck a good review of key areas to ensure we werent going to have any surprise repairs. He found out that the front disc brakes were almost metal on metal and showed me there was hardly any brake pad left. I was extremely pleased how he was able to get the parts on a Sunday afternoon and still continue the work. He was able to get both the oil change and the front pads replaced surprisingly quickly. The bill was also very reasonable. Ask for the gentleman who has a beard and drives a 1994 Ford F350. :) He is very good and personable and best of all will do his best to get it done right.

Yasmina R Stopped by today for an oil change. Everything went smoothly. Mike was very professional over the phone with me and also in person. I got a good price with no tricks or hidden fees and would definely recommend them to anyone. My sister actually recommended them to me after she went in to get her car inspected. 10/10

Kody Lupori Made an appropriate online because this was the only location that had availability on short notice. Drive 45 mins to the shop only to walk in and be told that they can do the oils change unless there are 2 people in the shop and in person just went to lunch. When they come back the other person is going to lunch. I then asked if I could come back in 2 hours only to be told no that they they would be closed!!!! Meanwhile closing is listed as 7pm and it’s 3:30. Something is systematically wrong here and if this is the business then they should just close or reduce hours until they can handle the basic auto works offered.

carol wright I can not say enough great things about Joseph at Licari!!!! He went above and BEYOND for me!! I traded in a Porsche Cayenne for a beautiful Ford Bronco big bend they had. I’ve had my previous vehicle ( Porsche ) for almost 3 years , and I’ve had a better experience with Joe that I just met , than dealing with Porsche in Syracuse for 3 years. This is what customer service should be like !!! I’ve never in my life met a better car salesman than Joe. And I’ve had Luxury vehicles. Those luxury experiences DID NOT compare to how KIND, efficient, and helpful Joe is!! He knew how bad I wanted this vehicle , and HE MADE IT HAPPEN for me!!!! While he wasnt able to fix the problem, he gave me all the information I needed. Very grateful for his time and service.

Robert Reid Doolittle auto had me up and running within an hour, traveling to Nebraska with a loaded trailer at a flat and electrical problem on the trailer. They had me fixed up and moving. In no time got me in the same day. No problem compared to other locations in this town. Who couldn’t get to me till the next day, even though they weren’t busy I recommend these guys to everyone passing through

Pat Wright My service experience was great. I dropped off my car, and was given a ride back home. A few hours later, I received a call that I was all set and my car was ready. I picked up my car, coupons wee applied and my oil change was done. They also checked on the tires, the parking brake ( which I requested) and the brakes, fluids, etc. I am happy with my first visit after purchasing my 2023 Chevy Traverse.

I then used this business again to replace something covered under my factory warranty and a window repair. I definitely recommend and will be using Mohawk Motors again in the future.

aaron velardi My truck was in serious need of repairs. I heard the add for Mohawk Motors and thought I would give them a shot. I called on Thursday and was able to drop it off Monday. I had the truck back Thursday afternoon. After driving it for almost a week I can say they repaired everything the truck needed to get it back to like new! Jimmy the owner took great care of me and is all around nice guy. I will def go back!

Clines Mind This place has uneducated people working here. I purchased a gift certificate for my son to take his car for an oil change. He knows nothing about oil changes since hes a new driver. So I figured Id save him the confusion and buy a gift certificate for the lowest priced oil change. The garage knew the exact make and model of his car. So it was determined on what kind of oil he was going to need. He took the gift certificate and the receipt with all the details to this place a few hours later. As soon as my son handed them the receipt and gift certificate, they asked him if he wanted full synthetic. My son, not knowing what that even means, said yes. Oil change was done, and the cashier is asking for more money. My son then calls me to tell me they want more money. So he hands the phone to the cashier. I then had to explain to him that I specifically purchased the gift certificate with the exact service in the description on the receipt and there was no need to try to upsell to someone that has no idea what the difference is in oils. He expected me to pay more over the phone, for which i refused. He then made my son wait even longer by removing the synthetic blend that he just put in, just so he could give him the oil that I paid for in the first place, which is the standard oil. Im not sure where they find such incompetent people. I will never use this place again for anything.

Brooke Vanslyke Can not speak highly enough about this establishment. My family and I got a flat tire on the thruway, this mavis was the closest to us and we were too far to ride the donut home. They got us right in, new tire and mounted in less than an hour. The staff was not only nice but extremely helpful. We’re very thankful! 10/10 recommend
