Michael Ward Words cannot express my appreciation with the care my wife is receiving at the wound clinic. From the receptionist Jody to the nurses, especially Tina and of course Dr Adam the level of care has been extraordinary! Should the need arise I highly recommend you take your loved one to this wonderful center. Should you come in during the covid-19 pandemic, you should expect some difficulty with registration! Dont let that dissuade you persevere and you will not be disappointed!!!

TactiGal Inc. I typically am not one to write reviews although I generally looked to them when doing my own research. So I figured it was important to share my impressions. I must say, this facility has the most caring, patient and compassionate staff I have ever seen and with consistency. They are thorough and readily available to answer questions and help explain benefits. This is especially important for new patients. My spouse is a veteran and seeing how valued he is and how the staff provides for his care makes me incredibly happy. It’s not often enough thar we hear things are being done right or that our veterans are given the medical care they deserve. So to have found a VA clinic that ranks an A+ in my book is a blessing. We haven’t had much experience at other clinics but this one is definitely worthy of some praise and recognition!

IF I WERE HEDWIG Carmel, NY location. Very clean place. My mother’s needs were quickly addressed. Very able young doctor and helpful staff. Although I have observation: my mom lives in local senior apartments where very few people use smart phones since they are not very visible and loud enough for old people use. Majority owns flip phones with big buttons. As is the case, I cannot believe they can complete the online registration at your outfit. However much I praised today’s service, I cannot see older people getting treated here unless accompanied by some family member willing to register them online.

Tinamarie Mcnicholas AFC gave me a great experience! They were very compassionate for my children when I was there. The environment was very clean and the staff were friendly! Especially Sara she made my son feel as comfortable as she could with him not feeling well. She definitely put a smile on face. I’m so happy they opened more urgent cares in Carmel. Thank you to AFC team and Sara!!!

Nathalie Del Vecchio - Molina The women at this clinic were a godsend. The universe put them in my path for good reason. My 2 1/2 year old was NOT about going to the doctor, in full terrified meltdown, and these women rallied, supported, comforted, and got the job done. Keeping a tired momma from tears and a little joy from getting even sicker. I was truly touched by my interactions with these women and the genuinely caring manner in which they attended to my son. Please, make sure they know how important they are and what an authentically beautiful impact they had on me. They do good work and deserve to be recognized.

Aiyana DeNoyelles At first I was pretty against additional urgent caress in the area. But this one being where it is, has been super convenient. Dr. White was absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, insightful, and so beyond helpful. The receptionist/nurse was so kind and welcoming. This is probably the cleanest and least drabby/depressing medical facility I’ve ever walked into. I love the accessibility as well! The doors are large and slide to allow ease for wheelchairs and other mobility devices. This will probably be my new go-to urgent care when I can’t get in with my dr. I also saw Dr. Beckwith. She’s very kind and sympathetic, but not the most helpful. She told me a medication that is for the issue I’m having isn’t for that issue which was untrue and was previously prescribed for the same issue.

Junior A Very helpful front desk and amazing doctor. Went above and beyond with care and helping with administrative work that they did not have to take time out of their schedule to do. Would recommend to anyone to visit this location. Receptionist went the extra mile during her lunch break to assist me as a walk in.

b Tried making an appointment through the phone. The phone receptionist was rude and giving an attitude, very unprofessional behavior. It sounded like someone in their late 30s to mid 40s. This phone receptionist will stray away all the patients from her disgusting attitude.
