Michael Ward Words cannot express my appreciation with the care my wife is receiving at the wound clinic. From the receptionist Jody to the nurses, especially Tina and of course Dr Adam the level of care has been extraordinary! Should the need arise I highly recommend you take your loved one to this wonderful center. Should you come in during the covid-19 pandemic, you should expect some difficulty with registration! Dont let that dissuade you persevere and you will not be disappointed!!!

My 2 1/2 year old was NOT about going to the doctor, in full terrified meltdown, and these women rallied, supported, comforted, and got the job done. Keeping a tired momma from tears and a little joy from getting even sicker. I was truly touched by my interactions with these women and the genuinely caring manner in which they attended to my son. Please, make sure they know how important they are and what an authentically beautiful impact they had on me. They do good work and deserve to be recognized.

Ana V I find it terribly infuriating to have medical facilities impose name changes on patients after mergers or buy outs. I’ve been with CareMount since it was MtKiscoMedialGroup (MKMG) then CareMount. Now it’s optum! These business transactions are a reminder of the business model that should not exist within healthcare. What a disgrace. Keep patients out if your business decisions & quit changing office names! Optum is awful! Not just the name- since taking over, the quality has been awful-longer waits on the phone, poor customer service. Hopefully universal healthcare arrives in the US and merged and acquired practices are dissolved.

TactiGal Inc. I typically am not one to write reviews although I generally looked to them when doing my own research. So I figured it was important to share my impressions. I must say, this facility has the most caring, patient and compassionate staff I have ever seen and with consistency. They are thorough and readily available to answer questions and help explain benefits. This is especially important for new patients. My spouse is a veteran and seeing how valued he is and how the staff provides for his care makes me incredibly happy. It’s not often enough thar we hear things are being done right or that our veterans are given the medical care they deserve. So to have found a VA clinic that ranks an A+ in my book is a blessing. We haven’t had much experience at other clinics but this one is definitely worthy of some praise and recognition!

Old Sitoa I have to agree with previous reviewers - the medical staff are lovely and caring, but please, please do something about the front desk. They are so rude in Carmel. I’ve been to the Fishkill office, and the admin staff are wonderful there. So, I would recommend the doctors and medical personnel, but just avoid the Carmel office.
